What's in a name, anyway? The lounge formerly known as Tiger Lily is now where you can find one of the best happy hours in the 'hood. If you wanna get started while the sun's still up, come by for the 5pm-8pm shift; if not, drop in after 9pm for the late-night version. Either way, you'll get half-price Cuban bites, seriously discounted drinks and spicy Latin tunes.

Since this legendary joint is likely to be packed no matter the night of the week, you might get stuck standing at the bar waiting to snag a seat at one of the pleather booths. But so what? When you've got Marty and Elayne on the piano and a Blood and Sand in your hand, it's all good.

Although this is one of the fancier joints in Los Feliz, don?t let the buttoned-up environment fool you. Come anytime after 9pm and you?ll find the adjacent bar packed with good-looking locals sipping on strong martinis. If you're starting your night early then the happy hour isn't to be missed with excellent drink specials and a bar menu that includes discounted dishes like mussels and salmon tempura.

Start your night on foot with some serious pre-drinking grub. This cozy 14-seat bar, attached to Cobras & Matadors, is a quieter option to the bustle of the popular Spanish tapas restaurant, and you can still get an appetizing list of small plates like oysters and steak frites, to go with your glass of wine or French beer. Ooh, la la!

An amusing stop at any point on your crawl, this over-the-top Chinese-inspired joint is best experienced after you've loosened up a bit. The jukebox is known as one of the best in L.A., so leave your inhibitions at the door and prepare to sing along. A little more upbeat than Sgt. Recruiter on Vermont, this wine bar offers a laidback scene to enjoy a libation or two (or three). Although known for its great happy hour, the kitchen stays open late so you can enjoy the Italian- and Brazilian-inspired small plates until 12am or later.

Had one too many? Well, here's your chance to dance it off. Since this place is home to the Los Angeles swing scene, it's our guess that you won't be standing still for long. And if you need a little more encouragement, never fear--the club comes complete with a 360-degree bar open till 2am.
