It makes sense that this downtown Latin mainstay is known for the lean, mean, green concoction. The "Two Hot Tamales" add their own twist, too, using a minty lime cooler as the base.

Known mostly for their bloody marys and mint juleps, this famed cottage also serves a fabulous (and very strong) mojito. It's also the one place in L.A. you're most likely to enjoy the libation in close proximity to Andy Garcia, Raekwon or another famous native.

  3. 3 4 Star Rating: Recommended Asia de Cuba at Mondrian

The mojitos at this sleek hotel hot spot are done up in true Cubano style--freshly muddled mint is combined with club soda, rum, lime juice, a little sugar and an edible stalk of fresh sugar cane inside a collins glass.

This Old Town eatery loves the Cuban cocktail so much, it's even named after it. There are several flavors to choose from, including pineapple and mango. After a couple, you might be questioning whether that glass is really slanted (Xiomara fans will recognize the beverage ware).
