Horrible Experience, Customer Service ignored me when I went in for an oil change. So Sorry to not set up an appointment, I was in the area. Overpriced bad service. Takes to long for service. Last time I had an oil change, it ended up with me renting a car for finding other small problems and taking too long to fix them.

went last night because they bugged me all week with stupid voicemails saying they could help me and stuff because my car is upside down in the value, I ended up going despite the fact that I get up every morning at 4am. I was there till 11 clock at night the guy swore the could do it to just go ..i said I need to pt gas he said don't even your walking out with a new car haha!!! They were a total waste of time they wanted me to have my car repoed and I said no thats why im here and then they said sorry we cant do it I drove all the way from orange county 1 hour and 45 minutes.. I explained the situation and said If you think you can't do it don't waste my time or yours it's a long drive i have my kid with me.. and they said "no come on in we won't let you go unless we get you a car havent you heard about us on power 106" IDIOTS they're so not true a bunch of LIARS this dealer is no good they lie...
Pros: NONE
Cons: ALL THE ABOVE NO GOOD
