More please... – Subway store #11659 blows! When a person can't get the extra's on their sandwich without having to ask for it several times. Is there a shortage? I thought I was going to enjoy the "New pulled pork" sub sandwich today. I didn't, instead I am disappointed with it altogether and the service I received. Damn what's so hard about adding a half handful of black olives - onions - bell peppers on it? When I ask for more, I'd rather tell the server / perparer that's too much! Instead of asking them 800 times for the same item, "can you put a little more on please". WTF if it's that much trouble and or the server is going to get written up then charge me the difference for the amount extras I want. Funny you never have to ask for more lettuce, I wonder why that is? Could it be because its not freash there anyways. I should have taken my $8.16 for the foot long and
gotten a REAL sub sandwich at the non-franchise sub shop up the street it would have been better I would have gotten it the way I wanted with all the extras I wanted without the hassell of asking 800 times "Can you put a little more on please!". Well there will be no next time for me at Subway store #11659. I will just go up the street and enjoy my meal instead of feeling angry, cheated
and pissed because it wasn't how I wanted my sandwich.
Quick Service – Always affordable, convenient and clean. You know what you're getting, what you want on it and you have a selection of chips. No fuss and quick.
Its a Subway – 5. 5 Dollar. 5 Dollar Footlong. Jared would be proud.
I'll have a subway sandwich with no cough please... – Never really wrote a bad review before - thought I would have too much guilt doing that kind of damage to a business... and then this happened...
I started getting an egg and cheese sandwich from here 3 days in a row. (I'll admit, it was pretty good) Anyway, the next time I went in, the guy who was making my sandwich coughed on it. (I was like WHHHHHHHATTTTTTTTT) So I asked the guy, "Did you just cough on my sandwich?" He didn't hear me so I had to repeat it a few times. He finally said no, and then quickly stuck the sandwich in the oven. Still confused about how I should handle the situation, I stepped over to the register and was hoping somehow that I would get another sandwich, but was too shy to ask. The manager is the one who handles the register, and he asks me if I want some apples or cookies. As he's ringing me up (for the full amount), he tells me that a co-worker just told him what happened, and he's sorry. He said that the cookies and apples are on the house. (Really????????????)
Needless to say, I never went back. That's not really how you're supposed to handle that kind of situation in my opinion... And if that's the way they handle it in front of me, I only wonder what customers aren't seeing in the back kitchen.
Tasty Subs! – Small store but the line moves fast. Will be back.
Fast service – Even with a long line, they work so quickly that you don't need to wait long. The only issue is that it's a bit small.
One of the best Subway locations in the L.A. area! – I live in West Hollywood and this is the closest Subway to my home. The place is clean and the employees are friendly, and unlike some of the other L.A. area Subway franchises I have been to, the sandwiches are meaty.
About six months ago, I saw Jason Mewes of "Jay and Silent Bob" fame waiting on line to order there. I struck up a conversation with him, and I must say that he was extremely cool with me.
