fabulous clothes, absolutely perfect dress, rude sales clerk, fairly good location, love assortment, great customer service, great prices
Sexy designer pieces for women who don't mind showing a little skin..
BCBG stands for "bon chic, bon genre," which is the French equivalent of "good style, good attitude." The high-end line conceived by Max Azria features a full collection of day and evening looks that include sequins, ruffles and asymmetrical hems. Although Azria tends to work with bright colors (pinks and reds reign supreme), the styles are varied enough to allow for a variety of urban looks.
Great clothes... for a price. I love BCBG and this is a fairly good location (the one in BH is the best). I love their assortment of silk blouses and dresses. upstairs is the more ready to wear pieces and sale merchandise while downstairs are the more formal looks. (i prefer their basics). the prices aren't super-designer, but they're not h&m either. a cute dress will set you back about $160.
perfect dresses. i found an absolutely perfect dress for my sorority formal thanks to a really helpful sales clerk. they're very helpful and honest- i thought one dress i tried on looked alright, but the clerk pointed out how the dress hung badly in the back. he recommended another one i never would have picked out on my own but it ended up being amazing on me! i've bought a bcbg dress for almost every occassion and absolutely will continue to do so in the future.
Great clothes, Great Customer Service. I'm very impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the sales clerks. Each time I've gone to this particular BCBG, I would always come out of the store feeling good. When they have their sales, the prices are great! And of course, the clothes are awesome. (Then again...I've always been a BCBG fan!) So, if you want fabulous clothes with NO snooty or rude sales clerks, this is THE place! Other shops on Robertson and on Melrose should take heed and re-evaluate their "Customer Service" issues. Maybe they should require their sales clerks to attend a seminar course in "The Customer is Always King!"
