UPS Store in West Hollywood. THis is the best place to do business. Zorick & Armin, the owner are two of the nicest & most helpful guys you will meet & get your mail needs met. Thanks for all your help gentlemen.

Great service. I'm a crank who gets really pissed by bad customer service. So I think I owe it to merchants to praise them when the service is good. I'm just moved to West Hollywood and twice had to use the services of this UPS store. The folks there helped quickly and efficiently. And they were nice guys too, which isn't essential but always helps.

GREAT SERVICE, GREAT CREW. Zorick and the guys at UPS are outstanding. I have used their services for years. Always friendly, always helpful, always go out of their way to handle my shipping and questions with ease. I highly recommend.

Extremely Rude. This is all I have to say, "Zorick Parsanian should not be allowed to deal with customers he has no manners" go to another store.

Avoid Zorick & this Business, go elsewhere!. The Owner/Manager tried SCAM me out of $10 by never answering my questions

directly and trying to give me 2 different totals on purchases.

Not receommended, go some place else.

Knowledgeable Staff. I had a notary issue, I had to do a last Will quickly the notary at this UPS Store was very helpfull explaining that a California notary can not notarize a last will because is not needed in CA when the will is drawn with a certain self approving language. He suggested an alternate option which was proper for my need. will highly recommend this store.

Yeah I have had to deal with that guys bad energy too. He is rude condescending to most people it seems like... so he owns it or he's the manager or somethin?? I noticed they moved another shipping store in just one block away (east) same side of the street... maybe he'll get a little nicer now??? or go outta business

awful service; extremely rude treatment. i've just been treated so unbelievably poorly by ZORICK PARSANIAN. i went there yesterday at 3ish in the afternoon to find out their notary was out to lunch. i took a card and called today at around 430pm to ensure that the notary would be around and was told extremely curtly on the phone that the notary was leaving at 5pm sharp. Rushing to get there, Zorick, their notary whom I believe is also their main manager, looked at me in disgust that at 440pm, notary services always came at a 'bad time.' finally getting to me, he reviewed my document, which happened to be my last will which included a witness page that needed notarization. he then told me in a very exasperated tone that CA wills don't need notarization when in fact there were notary signature lines within this state sanctioned document. Seeking clarification, I asked him questions and he increasingly got very impatient and loud and talking to me as if I was stupid. When, in fact, I repeated myself to show that I wasn't confusing his information, he slammed his notary notebook and yelled at me in front of other customers that I should go somewhere else and that he would be away for 2 weeks! So, he was rude, completely devoid of any semblance of customer service and a liar!

There are many other notary services that would be happy to get business, I am sure.

Do not patronize a business that treats their customers like dirt. My next task is to file an official complaint with UPS (which by the way, he condescendingly asked me if I wanted their phone number). This UPS branch does this venerable brand a shame!

If you want another shipping service, box company or notary, contact Mailboxes Etc. They are much much more pleasant to do business with.
