Citibank credit card with outrageous APR (28.9%) Dissapointing business practices

My APR is so high most people would not beleive it. I asked then to lower it and refused. I signed up for Credit Protector. A year later almost, I lost my job and found out I did not qualify for the protection for not being a american citizen. I had trouble paying. Complete lack of empathy. I would stay away form credit protector and Citibank. They will take your money and you might not get any protection. Somehow they make me think of loan sharks. I donot know why?

An End To Endless Banking.

You know bank lines - you're in the back and it never seems to move. Not so at Citibank, three windows always open and staffed with some of the friendliest tellers I've had the pleasure of meeting. Two ATM's are in the lobby, and lolipops are frequently available! I do all my banking here.
