After the first time I came in I became a regular here. The service isgreat. The salespeople make me feel at home, they pulled things that were my taste and weren't just trying to make a sale- they were really invested in helping me find what i wanted. I bought a regular priced dress and a top on sale. The dress I bought here I saw at Fred Segal and Saks for a higher price.The sale is great- 40%-70% off and it's cute stuff too! Traffic has some really cool and different items also- I haven't seen the jewelry they carry anywhere else in L.A. If you want a cool place to shop with great sales staff and great selection Traffic is the place to come!

OMG, this store has it all! It was truly an amazing shopping experience... Parking is a hassle thought because the security are always following you around making sure you don't shop anywhere else besides Sunset Plaza. I got a ticket because I shopped at TRAFFIC, then went a block down to MADISON.... but overall, my shopping experience at TRAFFIC was great. Very helpful people, great finds~

The worst customer service in L.A.

I will never, ever shop at this store again. The sales associates were rude and followed me around the store as if I were a shoplifter. Every time I even looked at an item a salesperson would get in my face and ask me if I wanted to try it? buy it? put it on hold? see a different size? see a different color? I'm all for customer service but I don't enjoy being harassed when all I want to do is shop. I was literally chased out by the salespeople because I couldn't take it any more!

- Cons: Attitude of salespeople, ambience, price point
