best place to shop in all of l.a. After the first time I came in I became a regular here. The service isgreat. The salespeople make me feel at home, they pulled things that were my taste and weren't just trying to make a sale- they were really invested in helping me find what i wanted. I bought a regular priced dress and a top on sale. The dress I bought here I saw at Fred Segal and Saks for a higher price.The sale is great- 40%-70% off and it's cute stuff too! Traffic has some really cool and different items also- I haven't seen the jewelry they carry anywhere else in L.A. If you want a cool place to shop with great sales staff and great selection Traffic is the place to come!

SUPER FAB! LOVED IT!!! wouldn't be caught dead wearing anything else that's not from TRAFFIC!. OMG, this store has it all! It was truly an amazing shopping experience... Parking is a hassle thought because the security are always following you around making sure you don't shop anywhere else besides Sunset Plaza. I got a ticket because I shopped at TRAFFIC, then went a block down to MADISON.... but overall, my shopping experience at TRAFFIC was great. Very helpful people, great finds~

The worst customer service in L.A.. I will never, ever shop at this store again. The sales associates were rude and followed me around the store as if I were a shoplifter. Every time I even looked at an item a salesperson would get in my face and ask me if I wanted to try it? buy it? put it on hold? see a different size? see a different color? I'm all for customer service but I don't enjoy being harassed when all I want to do is shop. I was literally chased out by the salespeople because I couldn't take it any more!

The Best Shop in L.A.. Traffic has everything! I got to know the owners and they are passionate about their shops. I wish they had a Traffic in New York, or even Colorado! When Your in L.A. Traffic is the {IT} place. Hello to Sara and Michael and family, Luv, Serina

Horrible Customer Service. Shop here at your peril. I was sent out the store with the wrong size, they couldn't replace it with the right one, and would let me return, only a store credit! And I'm a regular customer there! (of course, not anymore.)

For those who don't have their own TV series, but want to dress like they do.. In Short
Shopping on cruise-happy Sunset Strip is for those who dress to impress, so be prepared to see a lot of leggy ingenues and industry types milling about the nearby cafes. Stylists from popular TV shows like to pull merchandise from this store, which carries a milieu of upscale men's and women's designer clothing peppered with vintage Levi's.
