Worst service ever. So I research this restaurant on the internet before heading out on vacation to West Hollywood/L.A. My girlfriend and I arrive at the restaurant and we were seated immediately. It took at least 20 minutes before anyone came and asked if we were ready to order. We finally ordered and we ordered the same meals and drinks. They brought us out the drinks and 5 to 10 minutes later they bought one plate of food and put it right in front of me. Then the waiter looked at my girlfriend and asked if she had ordered anything. Before she could even answer he said "um, ok", then he kinda tapped the table and walked off. Two drinks and one plate of food at the table is not a good look. Esecially when everyone else at the restaurant on the inside and and outside is enjoying their lovely evening, and we're the only African Americans in the place. And to think that I actually made it a point to try this restaurant while I was out there I never felt so offended in my life and that's the truth. In contreast our night turned out great after we ended up eating at El Compadre Mexican restaurant. We have lots of Mexican restaurants in the Bay Area and El Compadre honestly was one of the best I've ever tasted and the service there was top of the line, no kidding. If it wasn't for El Compadre, I would have ill feelings about dining in this area of L.A.

Great chinese food on Sunet strip.. ((TAP TAP)) Wow if you love The best in Chinese food and the atmosphere of the Sunset strip this is the spot! You can dine outdoors or enjoy the indoor with a view, perfect for the weekend. Our hostess and servers were top notch, personable A+ their timing and presentation were spot on. The dinner menu is full of treats like potstickers, others you may even be surprised by. I sure was "Shrimp Toast"! Say what, shut the front door!!! OMG what a treat it's awesome. It comes with a delicious apricot sauce that was amazing, my night could have ended there and I would have been satisfied. But no, entree's were equally as good if not better. The chicken with snow peas excellent the star, "KUNG PAO THREE TREASURES" it was truly a treasure served to perfection! Large tiger shrimp / beef / chicken / scallions / peanuts / water chestnuts / chilli peppers. I am sure you will enjoy this place as much as I did and will again for sure.

Incredible Service. Our service was great and the waiter was adorable. Ambiance was romantic and definitely recommended. For the music,,,I would recommend jazz or house and the people were cool. Portions were good.

Pretty much eeeh.... I've been to Chin Chin in Marina del Rey and enjoyed the meal, although I thought it was expensive. The Chin Chin Grill on Sunset in West Hollywood is always crowded, so I decided to get some food delivered at the office for lunch.

The food was ok. Not nearly worth the overinflated prices. I don't think I'll be going there again.

The WORST!. Went on my lunch break and it took almost an HOUR to get my food and it wasnt packed...everyone was eating and i was sitting....I will never in my life go to this location again...Management should get fired if they even care about their brand

Does not even deserve a star - very poor service. Used to go and there was quick and courteous service; recently the service was horrible - very slow and unhelpful - waited more than 40 minutes for meal and then found out the order had not been put in until late. Instead of correcting the mistake and rushing the order - it stayed in line of all the others.

Great chinese chicken salad. I've been coming here for years & I almost always order the chinese chicken salad -- it's their signature dish (they'll let you know) and it's not surprising -- tons of chopped iceberg piled high w/chicken, almond slivers, crispy wontons & a fabulous dressing that looks/almost tastes like salsa. The sidewalk cafe is great for people-watching and the interior was recently updated, so it's much more sleek. The menu has also been updated, offering more Pan Asian items instead of just strictly chinese. For dessert, I highly recommend the chocolate-dipped fortune cookies -- you can also buy them by the bag.

Decent Sunset Plaza chinese food. Chin Chin serves up the standard fare for a chinese restaurant. The main entrees are common. Appetizers are where its at for this place. I especially like the pan-friend pork pot-stickers. Outdoor seating is good but choose a spot away from the heaters if you can. The wait staff is friendly and service is reasonably fast. I recommend the Mongolian Beef for the main course.

Shoppers and celebs flock to this mini-chain for contemporary Chinese fare and chocolate-dipped fortune cookies.. In Short
Signature white umbrellas and tempting aromas beckon hungry shoppers to prime street-side patio tables. Inside, chefs show off their skills in an open kitchen. The fairly health-conscious, vegetarian-friendly menu features a variety of rice, noodle and soup dishes, all made without MSG (by request, many can be prepared with little or no oil). Popular choices include the restaurant's renowned Chinese chicken salad, the lesser known but super healthy seaweed and tofu salad, sticky steamed pork buns, ginger shrimp fried rice and almond chicken.
