Excellent meal and great location. Been there couple of times and never was disappointed. Yesterday I tried New York Steak with chipotle butter... It was one of the best steak I've ever had. Definitely will be back.

Great Combination of Food, Price, Ambiance, and Service. Cravings is amazing.

Four things are important to me when I go to a restaurant: food, price, ambiance, and service.

The food at Cravings is phenomenal, you can't beat the price, who doesn't love sitting on the

Sunset strip, and the service is great.

My favorite appetizers are: caprese, italian wedding soup, and the green salad.

My favorite entrees are the whole fish, peppercorn New York steak, chicken curry, and the lamb.

And don't forget the Sunday brunch.

Left me with a Craving...To find better FOOD! UGH!. The only good part about this meal was the wine. Walking in we were approached by rubber mats, an open closet full of bleach and a gumball machine, - shouldve taken this as a sign but alas we were hungry and sat down, Our waiter who was high as a kite was ridiculous but at least pleasant. The wine was the ONLY good part of this meal. I dont know if the people reviewing this place think Applebees is amazing food, because this was on the same level except i like Applebees BETTER! My mother and I had $15 calamari ceasar salads. It was the WIMPIEST salad I have ever seen in my life. the lettuce as old and lifeless, the calamari rubbery and stale (we were worried about food poisoning) and a tiny dust of cheap powdery parmeasan (NOT EVEN GRATED) and a few mushy chickpeas. The dressing was congealed and gross and we were starving but couldnt even eat these salads. My bf had shortribs that he barely touched and i wont even tell u what the presentation looked like, and my dad had the famous 'eggplant rotini' which the waiter said was a recipe that 'went back generations' and later said he was KIDDING! Great, thanks for the reccomendation. At least he was kidding bc this pathetic dish needs a LOT of work- generations of work if you ask us! The ambience ONLY outside was fine but the inside looked like a rundown diner. The menus were plastic and dirty and everything was a massive dissapointment. Coming from NY I have a pretty high standard in dining but I dont need it to be fancy- just TASTY. which none of this was.

SAVE YOUR CRAVINGS for elsewhere- the Standard Diner is even a major upgrade!

best place to eat!. Cravings is amazing. My family and I have been regular customers, and rightly so. The food is amazing. my absolute favourite is the fresh salads (Greek Salad especially or the fresh Caprese) followed by chicken piccatta. I've tried most of their dishes however, and they are all DELICIOUS! great price, great ambience, great service..what more can you want?! 5 stars!

Always Great!. Greek Salad and Crab Ravioli... my fav! The best part is that you get to bring your own wine and enjoy the views of sunset while you sit back and relax. Its a great place for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

I have daily Cravings for Cravings!. I used to drive all the way from Santa Barbara, and make it a point to go out of my way, from wherever I was at in the city, to have Lunch or dinner at Cravings. Now that I am in the neighborhood, it's just a hop and a skip away. I love this neatly tucked away spot on Sunset. The food is great, the atmosphere is perfect for a casual lunch or a semi formal dinner. I love the little breezeway seating, indoors seating if you like it. Here's how they got me though. Are you ready? The Artichoke!! I love to trounce around the city trying everyones artichokes. I will just say, plain out, it's the best Artichoke around. Love the Lasagna. Traditional and perfect. The service is friendly and lively. They were good enough sports to let me conduct TV interviews on their back patio. I even point my celebs to this spot! Cheers!

we both scraped our plates!. I'm visiting form nyc so my friend & I have been trying to eat at as many places as possible. This was probably the best so far. I ordered the seared tuna with pesto, I like it on the rare side & it was cooked perfectly I almost didn't need a knife. The fish was not chewy or tough & it was very fresh. My friend had the stuffed chicken which was also amazing. Needless to say there was nothing left on our plates we even ate our veggies =). The portions were perfect & the pricing was good, the check for both dinners & a bottle of wine was only $80. We will be dinning here again I heard the crab ravioli is to die for, that will be my next try.

Love it !!!!. Just love it!!! Everything!!! My friend invited me for “surprise” birthday party for our friend on Saturday night… The real surprise was to find out that nobody made reservations and restaurant was packed!!! Here we go… party of 12 people waiting in a line and wanted to be seated “outside”… You wouldn’t believe it but when I explained our situation to the hostess she promised to help us… and she did!!! Next 10 min. employees would start bringing tables from all over the restaurant!!! Did I mention that restaurant was packed?!!! Thanks for saving my friend’s birthday!!! Food and service were excellent!!! After all “birthday girl” got surprised complimentary candle cake and really great wishes from waitresses. Thanks again!!! Definitely will be back!!! 10/12/2010

Will never, ever visit this restaurant.. I must qualify this review by saying that I have never been here in person, but I received delivery from Labite. However my issues are with the food itself so I think it's still fair. I ordered the crab ravioli and was disgusted. Lumps of pasta stuffed with canned crab with tons of cartilage and no cheese or seasoning of any kind. I ate two and simply couldn't eat the rest. Their "tiramisu cheesecake" is a wholly unremarkable cheesecake with nothing at all to distinguish it as "tiramisu" without the name. It tasted store-bought rather than freshly made. I enjoyed the tapenade that came with the bread rolls, but one roll was so stale it was literally impossible to eat.

While I understand that restaurants don't always produce their best work for delivery orders, I'm amazed that they flout their crab ravioli as a "favorite." It was literally the worst I've ever had. I'm glad I found this out through delivery before deciding to try it out in person.

Best New york Steak. This is my first time writting a review for a restaurant , but since my visit at Cravings Restaurant i felt the obligation of sharing my awesome experience with everyone, and let everyone know how delicious their New York Steak with Chipotle butter is. My first visit was mothers day, and i was there with 3 other guest we all order diffrent entrees to try a little bit of everything. I had the New york Steak with Chipotle butter.OMG !!!! it was amazing they Served the warm steak and add a compound chipotle butter that melts on top of your steak delicious !! And not to mention the Desserts they have a housemade cheesecake that is to die for and the Tiramisu you got to try it !! Their customer service is an extra great topping to the their amazing food.Im a culinary art student so i know all the basics to cooking right and this place earns an "A" for their knowlegde on cooking the perfect dinner (steak). The simplicity and combination of flavors used in their dishes is very satisfiying it leaves you craving for more.
