Small, dark and ultrahip, the Viper Room pulls in Hollywood locals, celebrities and tourists looking to hear live tunes, dance to DJ-spun beats or grab a drink. good music, horrible staff

The place itself is amazing, good music, small, dark, and simply fun! However, some of the staff, specifically the manager and the Asian waitress w/ blonde hair completely ruined my experience!!! I realize this is a laid back place but it is still a business and there needs to be some sort of professionalism! If you do go here and have a problem just know that the manager will do absolutely nothing to try and help you and will make sure to let you know he doesn't care!

Can somebody help me out?

I was at the Viper room on Sunday the 18th of oct and a saw a really sweet band and i dont know who they are! The were an 8 piece group with a front man who dressed like a Nazi. They were awesome! Reminded me of 'system of a down'. I think their name was Visa or Veza, i'm not sure. Can somebody help me out?
