In Short
Somewhere between Architectural Digest and Martha Stewart Living stands Empty Vase. There are orchids and lilies and cabbage roses in abundance, but no prefab arrangements. Staffers have style to spare and for the right price will cater to their clients' every whim. The most popular creations are generous bowls of tightly packed roses punctuated with hydrangeas and lemon leaves. The topiary is the other house specialty, ranging from $99 little piggies to a $7,000 30-foot dinosaur.

The store needs to give its salesperson lessons in customer service. I had the worst service ever. One salesperson in particular- I believe her name was Ally- could have been the snottiest salesperson ever. I will never go back to this florist if I can avoid it.

I had placed an order for my boss for a Mother's Day delivery a week in advance to be delivered the day BEFORE Mother's Day and it never made it. Even worse, I called the day before it was to be delivered to confirm their order and that they had the correct address, etc... AND also confirmed that it had been delivered the day after. They said "yes". Well, it never made it. I am the one who looks bad and is on the receiving end of this f*&k up and the constant sighs and hemming and hawing cus ya'll messed up and because I chose to use your services. What more could I have done to make this an easy order for you people??????? Make it and deliver it myself or use another company, probably. Thanks guys. Thanks a bunch. Nice way to start my Monday.

Ordered arrangement by phone on Friday for Sun delivery. Called the next day to change the note - only to discover it had already been delivered (day early) with wrong arrangement. Promised a call to address the problem. 3 days later, I'm still waiting.
