Great drinks, love the matresses on the patio in the bar area. Drinks are great with nice staff.

Lovely Ambiance. Stayed here on a recent trip from London. Loved the boutique feeling and up to date ambiance. Got a good night's sleep, but who wants to sleep on a trip to LA?!

Inexpensive and nice, bad customer service. I visited LA and stayed at this hotel for a week. The rooms were nice and the pool area was fabulous, however, customer service was awful!!

I asked for a fork one night to eat my leftovers and was led to the "breakfast room" where the attendant proceeded to open a drawer and state "in there somewhere". I had to dig around to find the fork.

We had to leave the hotel by 7:30 to walk to our office. Breakfast started at 7:30. When we asked if we could get anything at 7:25, the customer service rep said "no", as he ate a pastry that was served at the breakfast buffet.

I would reccomend this hotel on a tight budget, but otherwise not so much....

5 Star Hotel!!. I stayed at the Mondrian Hotel back in September for the weekend and had a great time during my stay!! I would choose this hotel for my next stay in Hollywood.

Favorite Hotel in LA. This hotel is the most fun hotel to stay in Los Angeles. While it may not be the nicest or the classiest it is in a league of its own. The pool is always packed with good looking people. The other great thing is that you are in the heart of Los Angeles--just a short cab ride away from everything.

Incredibly Romantic. We had the best time on the Sunset Strip whiling staying at the Mondrian. We had dinner at Katana across the street and then had drinks under the stars by the pool. So romantic! I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to experience a night on the town on the Sunset Strip.

Citysearch Editorial Review. Completely renovated in 2008, this starkly stunning landmark on the Strip was originally launched in the late '90s by New York hotelier Ian Schrager and designed by French mastermind Philippe Starck. Today, the boutique retreat is where understated chic, 21st century comfort and postmodern wit converge. From the all-white, Space Odyssey-esque lobby and Alice in Wonderland-like lounge ADCB (now in eye-popping orange) to the dazzling Asia de Cuba restaurant and adjacent alfresco Skybar (which has amazingly managed to keep its exclusivity after all these years), the Mondrian is a must-see for both tourists and locals alike. Each of the 237 rooms feature the work of designer Benjamin Noriega-Ortiz, who has created surreal environments with whimsical furniture, striking colors (there goes that orange again), textured wallpaper, bamboo flooring and an oversized looking glass that actually doubles as a flat-screen TV. If the rest of the hotel didn't have so much to offer--non-chlorinated pool, 24-hour fitness center, a vibrant nightlife--guests would not be blamed for staying in bed all day.

Great massage, amazing scene. Fantastic massage and nice steam/sauna facility. Went to the pool with the beautiful people afterwards, very cool. Went with my hubbie and he liked it too, it's guy-friendly.

AWESOME Spa!!. Wow I love Agua - it's tranquil and boutiquey - so no cattle call waiting area, but at the same time you can go on a Saturday and as a spa client go to the pool and Skybar afterwards and party!! They have an awesome locker room to get ready in. The therapists are truly world-class - very unusual and effective techniques that really relaaaax you! I found out that they give you 20% off on weekdays if you're local so my friends and I are going after work when we can, to get our nails done. Suuuper friendly nice staff too, no snooty receptionists, bonus!

Great Option for staying on Sunset. Compared to many of the higher end hotels in the area this one offers a lot for a little money. It is centrally located, walking distance to almost all of what Sunset has to offer. We had a room with French doors that opened on to the pool area. The price was equal to the the basic rooms at the other hotels. The service here was much better then some of the other higher end hotels I have stayed at in the area. I will absolutely come back and stay here again.
