In Short – With shared and private bathrooms, the 45 guestrooms and suites feature televisions with VCRs, king-sized beds and some kitchenettes and sitting areas. The highlight of the inn is the garden patio with a heated pool, an enormous cobalt-tiled Jacuzzi and plenty of comfortable chaise lounges. Enjoy the morning sun with complimentary breakfast on the garden.
Pitiful

One word that will sum up my stay at “The San Vicente Inn” in West Hollywood is pitiful. I had some personal property stolen out of my room (an iphone, a Blackberry Storm, debit card and school ID.) Through extortion from an employee, yes that’s right, an employee, and almost a brawl between his friends and mine, I was able to recover my Blackberry and school ID. My iphone and debit card is still at large! The night reminded me of a scene from a bad horror film. After recovering the phone and dealing with the police, I went back to my room to collect what was left of my property. I talked to a manager and asked for a refund, at which he declined. He was very unprofessional in handling the situation, didn’t take any ownership over the claims, and rejected my request. I was asked to call back the next day so that he had time to speak with the owner. I never got a response from them or the other manager, Eric, who screened my calls the next three days. Nonetheless, on my 26th birthday, I have a police report filed, a $90 claim with my bank, a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, and a ridiculous memory that will follow me for many years! AVOID THIS BUSINESS!! The rooms are filthy, carpets need cleaning, bathrooms are small, and security is questionable. TRUST ME WHEN I SAY RUN!! THERE’S A REASON WHY THE ROOMS ARE SO CHEAP, THE QUALITY JUST ISN’T THERE!!!!!
- Pros: It was dark, so I couldn't see all the filth
- Cons: Having to pay for the night

a lovely small resort located in WeHo... heplful friendly staff always ready to fulfill our (decent) request.
since it was our first stay there, they kindly upgraded us to a very nicely located pooldeck room.
One night, we found some ants running on the night table (did we leave some "ant food" there ? possible), when i reported it to the reception guy, he looked sorry and spontaneously proposed us to sleep in an other room
Since our plane was much later than check out time, the (friendly) manager offered us to stay as long as we wanted.
Reviews on this resort are very contrasted... for our own, we have been very kindly treated, room was clean, amenities were ok. of course it is not a 5 * hotels but it has a real charm, beautiful trees and plants, squirrels running on the terrace in the morning, colibri birds sucking banana tree nectar...these little things are priceless but are a real + in the so active L.A.
when in the place, there is a feeling of relative disorder, more or less like in a family cottage, for us it was an added enjoyment.
clients are what they are as i am what i am.... so i will not give any opinion related to other residents or visitors as i read sometimes...
our experience there was very positive and i will recommend this resort to our (gay) friends
- Pros: garden, "corners", squirrels, colibris, banana trees...
- Cons: steps around pooldeck could be dangerous
