Jovan is Perfection & Satisfaction !. For 2 years the only Person to touch my head has been Jovan. It is hard for to find the right stylist that can really give you what you ask for- really give you something more. I always change my look- I give Jovan an Idea and he never let's me down. He takes it beyond and above what is asked. He is extremely thorough and precise and never let's you out of the chair unless every single hair is in place. Fantastic. I am glad he finally found a salon that suits him and his clients' needs. I followed him from his last "salon" and I can tell you- this is where it's at!!

Go see Jovan . I doubt you'd regret it.

Jovan is amazing!. Jovan is an incredibly talented artist. Excellent at what he does. Personable. Funny. Down-to-earth. genuine. makes me look and feel wonderful. I'm hooked. He did my daughter's hair, too. fabulous! He used to maintain my dreads and did a great job, and when i took them out for a change he saved the day and i feel beautiful. the salon is a lovely, light space and conveniently located. street parking is never a problem. the owner and other stylists are wonderful, too. I have watched them work on other clients and notice that everyone always seems happy with their work. i would send anyone to novoa! thank you jovan!

Want Amazing Hair?. I love Salon Novoa for many reasons. It is cool, quiet and beautiful inside but, my favorite thing about Novoa is Jovon. He is an artist and gives me beautiful hair every time I visit. Jovon always listens to what I want and I leave the Salon feeling refreshed, gorgeous and relaxed. Plus, they offer Valet Parking!!! I get compliments on my hair constantly and I owe them all to Jovon.

Great stylist in a great salon. I can't say enough wonderful things about Jovan. He has done my hair so many times and it always turns out great. I am so lucky to have found such an innovative and talented hair stylist in this big city. Salon Novoa is really great too! My favorite thing about it.... VALET!!!! It can be super hard to find a parking spot in LA, and when you have a busy schedule, like I do, the last thing you have time for is driving up and down streets looking for a place to park your car. That's why I can't say thank you enough for offering a valet service at this salon, it makes my life so stressfree!

Jovan saved the day. I THANK this artist so much> FINALLY i have found someone to give me amazing dreadlocks. I've let my hair grow so long with the hope of finding the right person. I have been all over doing research and having consultations. Let me tell you- IT IS SCARY what some people are doing and calling them dreads. Jovan has an attention to detail that is flawless and a good vibe- which is great since it takes a bit of time.

Zen in the middle of busy LA. Novoa is the most welcoming salon I have been to. Starting from the interior design of the salon, to the music playing, to the expert stylists. Jovan is the stylist that attended me, and he always leaves me with a smile. He is very creative and precise! I highly recommend him and the salon.

SUPER CUTS IN A SUPER SALON. Jovan has created fabulous cuts for me for almost 3 years. He not only cuts my hair without effort But also gives me the best blowouts that last 4 days!!! Plus he's really cute and stylish..
