Still crazy about him after all these years.
Charles has been cutting my hair for over twenty years. Low-key one man salon, no hairdresser mystique, great with color and style. QUIET... Cuts are around $60, color around $90.
Parking is a nightmare..the shop is , well, very downtown, in feel. This is not a girly-fussy place.
