In Short – With more than 3 million square feet of wholesale showrooms, this square block highrise acts as the center of California's fashion industry. One wing is dedicated to men's, women's and kid's clothing, the other to gifts. Usually only fashion buyers are welcome, but on the last Friday of non-Market months and every December Friday, the public pours in to snap up sample sale selections priced up to 70% off, many items not yet available in stores.

It is the wholesaler's retail of clothes that either did not sell to expectations or the wholesaler's showroom to their customers and they let the public in the know purchase from them. If you can spend the time you can find the deals!
A lot of counterfit clothes and disreputable sellers also.
- Pros: Inexpensive, Variety
- Cons: Counterfit goods, Parking Security
