The owner doesnt even go to his OWN Business

I ordered nachos with guacamole, cheese and cream. The manager was on the speaker in the drive through, she did not let me finish explaining my order, her name is Patty by the way, so she assumed she knew the order, I got home, open the tray, and I get chips with cream. I look at the receipt and it shows: 1 chips/ guacamole, 1 extra cheese, 1 extra cream. I never asked for anything extra, they overcharged me for plain chips with cream, there was nothing extra about it, the guacamole was missing, I called to complain and asked for the owners number and the manager refused. Obviously the owner has no idea this is going on because he never checks up on his own business, how stupid is that. So there is nothing that is going to be done to correct this problem. I am never going back again, its system is ridiculous. All thanks to Patty the manager.

- Cons: The employees are idiots, reflects the owners work.

I stumbled on this place by mere accident. It seems that there's a chain of these shacks but I've seen the name change from Alberto's to Alfredo's between locations... Be that as it may, the food is excellent! the "carnitas" are not greasy, the "flying saucer" tostada is a mountfull of beef and letuce, the tortas are to die for, the chips with guacamole are a great value too. The best value is the chicken tacos or the 3 rolled taquitos with guacamole. You get 2 types of salsa with your order, the red hot one and the "gringo hot" tomato type. Just grit it and get all red salsas!
- Pros: Fast, two lanes drive, through. Open 24 hrs., Great value!
- Cons: Crowded on Friday and, Saturday night. Local, street racers hangout
