Editorial Review for Giorgio Armani Boutique – by Lowell Goodman
In Short
The hallowed Rodeo Drive store feels like a shrine to conspicuous consumption. The attentive staff is more than happy to help you select a tux or gown--as long as your credit is good. Simply touch the fine wool in their suits and tuxedos and you'll immediately fall in love. The stitching on the stripes that run the length of their tux trousers is refined and ornate. And the gowns are typically elegant and understated.

These guys got some great watches. I own several. But when you take a watch back, one of many they've sold to me, because its out of commission, they will tell you Sorry Elvis Doesnt Live Here. I love it when designers diversify their portfolio by putting their name on products they're not known for. Armani is known for the art of the cloth, not metal and mechanics that go into a watch. And yet if you put your name on a watch and sell it at one of your elite stores, I expect you to stand by it. If you dont, your going to get little feed backs like this saying Armani has great watches but it will break down like the cheap fake you pick up off the street for 20 bucks. Come on people, integirty. Have some. If you sell the product, stand by it. Dont have your reps who are so eager to sell not so eager for service. Its not what you do, this is not a repair shop, I know. Well then stop selling the F*()& pices a S&*)%. Come on Armani. You can do better than that!
Pros: Good selection
Cons: Very poor customer service, wont stand by good name of product

Going to a place in Rodeo Drive would be like going shopping VIP Style as if you are a celebrity with lots of cash. If you got the dollars, then you can shop until you drop, and if you don't have the cash, there will be a time in which you will have plenty of cash that you would say "Let's go shopping on Rodeo Drive."
Pros: variety of different designer clothing for different occasions
Cons: n/a
