Chase is the worst.
The worst customer service, the worst tellers (look like they are 15 ) and the worst in terms of handling complains. To make it short, if you ever have a late payment on your credit bureau, Chase will never ever remove it. no matter what the reason is. You can be a good customer for 10 years they told me they would not care and their policy is to never remove any 30 days late reports.
Choose a different (smaller) and more personable bank. This bank sucks since they took over WAMU
