If you're in LA and you love Gucci this is the place to be. Came in to check out the cruise collection. I've been coming here for years and as usual they treated me well. I always love their selection and the sales staff is always courteous and helpful.

This is a response to "Terrible Customer Service" by Knudson. what is terrible was to skin an animal so your wife can wear it!

if you made a $12,000 purchase, how come it did not dawn on you to ask for return policy? sounds fishy to me! I think your wife wore the coat to show off to a party then wanted to return it!

I have a suggestion for you. Put the coat on Ebay and donate what you get for it to ASPCA and ask your God to forgive you for promoting skining animals. Get the bitch a blanket!

As to the One Star Review . . .. First off it is not Gucci's fault that your wife cannot comply with store return/refund policies, nor read the back of a receipt or simply call them to find out their return policy. On top of that, who spends $12,000 on an article of clothing or an accessory that you are not going to use?

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. My wife purchased a very expensive fur coat from this store and without ever wearing it, we decided after a few weeks that we did not want it and decided to return it for a refund. The store did not allow us to return the item, basically stating that we are stuck with it if longer than 10 days, and the darn coat cost more than $12,000.00 Well, if that is how they treat their customers, then I want as many people as possible to know what horrible customer service they have and warn people: DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY THERE. Just some good advice from someone who got taken to the cleaners.

Gucci Gucci Goo!. Go to this store during the weekdays only. The weekend crowd is full of tourists and people who aren't serious about shopping here. I loved the selection and the quality of the products that Gucci is known for. Some hot items are the small logo pochette purses, and the shoes-- durable and beautiful. You pay for the quality and heritage.
