Salvatore Ferragamo not able to make the altration on time. I went to pick up my jacket 2 days after the pick up date but my jacket was not ready , had to make another trip to pick up my jacket, I was lucky I am living in southern California, also zipper was broken.

Ferragamo Fails To Repair Faulty Shoe. One of the heels on my $440 Ferragamo pumps broke off recently. I brought the shoe into the Beverly Hills Ferragamo store for repair along with its mate for comparison. When my shoes were returned to me, the replacement heels were a full 1/2" higher than the original heels and were not ergonomically suited for the structure of the shoe. As the shoes were now uncomfortable to wear, I returned to the Ferragamo store in Beverly Hills and was told that there was nothing they could do for me as their shoe repair sub-contractor "obviously" didn't carry that particular heel. I'm left with unwearable $440 shoes that I can "fix myself."

True Class and Decorum. This will be short and sweet. The staff is attentive, savy, and Top Notch. The Products itself speaks volumes from clothing to shoes. Expect nothing but the best from this store. Most importantly you dont get that "judgment" feeling. I recommend this store to everyone, its so people friendly. They know that the friendlier you are the more inclined to shop and repeat business.

World Class. It's not a cheap store by any means but Ferragamo shoes are amazing and this is the place to buy 'em. Helpful, polite and very cool staff - probably the only place in BH that realizes you are spending a fortune and treats you that way.
