Closed Sundays. These hours are wrong. The store is closed on Sundays, unlike every other store on Rodeo... Hours are Mon-Sat 10-6. Enjoy

Very fine service, lovely staff!.
I have allways been in love with the Hermes name and quality....and certainly I have had good experiences being a customer for many years, both in Beverly Hills and in various cities across Europe..
I have only good things to say about Hermes and their staff in the Bev Hills location...I was greeted at the door almost immediately, and the saleswoman immediately rushed to find the scarf that I had placed on hold over the phone. When I called days before to see if that scarf that I wanted was available, the very courteous woman took my information down, with absolutely no pressure for me to rush in and pick up my item.
The store itself is absolutely gorgeous, and is very inviting in its ambience...it can get a little too tempting when one is in a spending mood...but the clothing and accessories are simply timeless , the epitomy of elegance. Hermes, je vous aime...:-)

place to go shopping for neat designer trends. If I ever shop at stores in Rodeo Drive, I would think of myself as a celebrity VIP Style with plenty of cash to shop for new designer clothes so I would be more up-to-date and in style. With designer clothes like these, I would look at myself and say "Girl, you look good, beautiful, fine, and fabulous."

Um can i get some help please. My story: I walk in and come upon two floating sales staff they did not even offer help or say hello. (Strike 1). The sales agent that was "helping" me treated me like i wasn't worthy of shopping there, That i'm helping you as a favor attitude.(Strike 2) So again i asked for help to call the South Coast store, and she goes to the courtesy phone dials the number , hand me the phone and walks away? (STRIKE 3!!!) Where is the service? I will admit that i was not dressed in a suit and tie. But when does that ever warrant this blatant disregard for COMMON COURTESY? In short, if your a average guy or gal wanting to shop and explore i would recommend the Orange county store or the website as a alternative. I doubt they want regular people with money to spend there.
