It's used to be solely a destination for over-the-hill socialites and conservative old money, but 100-plus-years-old Bally has got its groove back. Thirtysomething creative director Scott Fellows is at the helm of Bally these days, and finally there's something for the under-40 set--and they've noticed too. The store no longer says "stuffy," with its clean, white spaces, metropolitan-savvy duds and hip, uncluttered staffers.
