worst pharmacy

Going to the pharmacy at this Rite Aid on Canon is like entering one of the layers of hell. It is a complete unorganized mess. It is terrible how long they make you wait to pick up a prescription and when you do it is the worst customer service ever. There are always about 20 people standing in the back behind the counter and for some reason none of them are able to help any of the 20 people who have been waiting online for at least a half hour at a time. In fact they do not even acknowledge the customers waiting. They need to revamp there system majorly.

i am a doctor who uses this pharmacy..i hate writing a script there it takes so long fo speak to anyone on the phone..dial 8 if you are calling from a doctors office youd think a resourceful caring staff would answer rapidly..

Not stoked that they would not fill or even order my prescription for adderall because of a co. policy.
I don't think a pharmacy should have the right to refuse a valid Dr's prescription. They said all the Rite Aids are doing that now with this prescription and it think that is bull phooey

I love rite aid- but in bh- i expected this one to be glamourous. It's actually rather run of the mill AND THE BATHROOM IS THE MOST DISGUSTING IN THE WORLD- like i eas in a hollywood bathroom. this rite aid is convenient, but not extraordinary at all.
