Avoid This Travel Agency and This Untrustable Person, AVOID. Just simply AVOID this UNTRUSTWORTHY person.

If you want trouble go for this agency. This person, Defaee, is a horrible person and he will get your money and will not do anything for you, and you will face a lot of trouble suing him to get your money back.

What ever bob bruins and nkar, and others say about him is absolutely true.

I wish I have read these reviews before, so I would not go through so much hell. He is a Liar and he will steal your money.

I am serious, if you go with this person, you will be sorry big time.

Just avoid him.

Andrew Defaee, SHAME ON YOU.

You deserve to be in jail, instead of that office.

Very honest travel agent. I have used this travel agent named Faramarz by getting a referral from my mother-in-law 10 years ago for a trip to Israel. He gave all of (total of 7 tickets) best rate and we travel through Europe as well with several stops. Then recently I bought a ticket for my aunt coming from overseas. He helped us to hold the ticket until her visa issue was resolved and helped us to purchase it and my aunt arrived to Dallas safely and on time. We really appreciate him and his promises and guidances to us came all true.

Untrustworthy. We had bought a few tickets from Faramarz/Andrew Defaee (Donya Travel) in the past. Although there were some problems at times but we never guessed that he will steal form us.

During our last transaction, he overcharged my credit card by the price of one full ticket "by mistake" and since then (over a year now), he is trying to sort this with his accounting department (which is himself) and pay me back. I have not been successful to get this amount back from my credit card company (AMEX!!!) which was the biggest surprise to me as this case seemed as a no brainer (I have copies of the checks that he has cashed for the same ticket)!

Another thing that he usually does and we just found out is that he buys tickets with unmatched "ticket classes" during the busy season at a much cheaper price and then you will have problem to get on the plane at the airport. The last few times the airline employees just complained about our ticket classes and our travel agent but they let us in. In the last trip, Lufthansa made us pay a $650 fine to change the class of EACH ticket. This made me so mad at Lufthansa and I started complaining to every Lufthansa customer service that I could reach. One employee clearly explained the "unmatched class" reservation trick that MANY "shady" travel agents do and suggested that we sue the agent. They also provided some supporting documents. I am not sure if I have the time to sue him for the couple thousand dollars he had cost us but will never buy from him again.

Bad Service Invalid Promises Avoid. You will probably get good price, but is not worth it. Guy making invalid promises. You sould be very serious, don't pay all moeny up front.

Fast & Friendly. I callled Andrew for a last minute ticket to Chicago for a business trip. He got me a great rate, and got me on the plane the Same Day! - I could only find a flight with one stop for a little bit more money than the one got me nonestop!!

The best vacation ever!!!. Well during the summer of 2009 I called up Andrew and asked him to book me a flight to Europe and to North Africa, his service were prompt and profesional. I was very happy I contacted this travel agency I don't regret any of it. All of these mean and hateful reviews are stupid and mean I don't understand.

THIEVES ! CHEATS ! AVOID!. PLEASE READ FOLLOWING:



1. FARAMARZ (also goes as Andrew or Fred) is the person who operates the agency, extremely unprofessional and unethical individual! He doesn't care about you at all, will charge your credit card and then you're on your own ...

2. Will take more money than supposed to from your credit card without your authorization !

3. Will ALWAYS charge additional penalties even if everything is smooth!

4. Never can be reached over the phone, so if you have problems or need to confirm things, you're on your own....

4. The confirmation that he sends you DOES NOT MATCH the REAL booking with the airline! So when you're in the airport to check-in , you'll be surprised to find out that your flight was actually 5-6 hours ago. That's what happened to me and my family...

I'm surprised he (Faramarz-Fred-Andrew) is still operating Donya Travel and is not kicked out of business by numerious law suits !

AVOID Donya Travel ! 100% SCREWED UP vacation guaranteed !!!!

charlatan, worst in the business. DO NOT DO ANY BUISNESS WITH DONYA TRAVEL

at first his prices seem cheaper than the rest to attract the customer, only later u find out what you are in for

not only does he give you the tickets the last minute but also he charges you an extra $200 "because of the price of gass" thats after u've already paid for the tickets like 3 weeks in advance. i have talked to other agencies and they have confirmed that he is the worst him and armetis, do not buy from them

they often take people's money, charge them extra and only to find out that he hasnt even confired our tickets which are in 3 days from now and i am left with no tickets, and additional 200 and no tickest, no confirmations
