Best Salon experience ever. This has got to be the cutest little make up salon I've been to yet! The atmosphere is great and not to mention the staff is very friendly and kind. I am in love with Valerie's products and wish I could just by everything! I need a stash of all Make up by Valerie! That would be lovely..Overall I highly recommend this salon! You'll have a very pleasant experience..

I LOVE THE MAKE UP. On a random friday afternoon, I took a stroll down Canon around Rodeo Drive and saw this chic store. I decided to go in and upon entering, it was like I was a kid going into a candy shop. All the makeup was laid out in glass displays and it was just fabulous. I tried on a few products and LOVED it. I definitely recommend coming to this place.

Great make-up, snobby atmosphere. I had my make-up done by Valerie and she is a lovely woman, though seemed to be a little distracted when she took care of anything that needed her attention during my session, instead of focusing on me, the client.

The make-up selection and products are GREAT, but are so unbelievably overpriced...anyone who isn't rich could not afford to use her make-up. The location is great and I'm sure the price of the cosmetics goes to pay the lease on that building. I definitely couldn't afford to go back again and again, but she does GREAT make-up if you're looking to get made up for a wedding or special occasion.

Unlike the previous reviewer, I did not find the staff to be snobby...if you don't have an attitude towards them, they won't have one towards you.

Better products elsewhere (and nicer staff too). While Valerie has great cosmetics (altough extremely overpriced), their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The staff are so incredibly snobby and they seem to check you out when you enter, to see if you are worth serving or not. One girl deemed herself 'unavailable' to serve me, and called someone to come out from the back to do the dirty work. I don't even think my server looked at me once. I emailed them to tell them how I was treated and to this day I still don't have a reply. I think it's because they know it's the truth. While their products are good, I'd advise anyone to go to MAC instead. Better prices and friendly staff.
