STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!. Stay FAR away from this place. It's not even worth 1 star. Arturo's does not stand by their so-called repairs. I brought a pair of Tory Burch flats to be resoled there 4 months ago. They charged me $100 (half the cost of the shoes new). I initially thought it was odd that they chose to resole the shoe half in leather and half in rubber, but since the sole wouldn't be visible when walking, I trusted that they knew what they were doing and went on my way. It only took 4 months for the leather to completely fall apart. Since these are shoes I wear twice a week at most, I went back to Arturo to see what they would do in terms of fixing it. Well, they said that 4 months is a long time and that the fault was all mine. Or more specifically, my big toe. Funny that the original soles, which were made out of rubber, lasted 2 years. They use low quality leather and clearly don't stand by their work. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!

Not only did work, but LISTENED. Arturo himself greeted me, and unlike so many other shoe repairmen in Beverly Hills, actually LISTENED to my problem. My situation involved an Italian briefcase with a broken buckle. I needed it rush-ordered and he took control of the situation. While he was not able to produce the exact buckle, the match that he found fit perfectly with the style of the other clasps on the case and he charged HALF of what the last place I took it to did! Arturo's was a breath of fresh air after having to get refunds at other stores due to poor workmanship. Thanks!

Second guess. I have been a loyal customer of Arturo's for years. I recently brought in a pair of boots and within a month the heel fell off. When I brought the boot back I was accused of lying, and told that the shoe heel did not come from their shop. I was beside myself because I did in fact bring the boots there and was called a liar. As much as I loved this place, I must say sadly, that I am taking my business elsewhere...

I love this place. This place is absolutely awesome. I brought a pair of near garbage Stuart Weitzmans to them and basically told them to do whatever it takes so they look like new. I mean, these shoes were busted up. They told me they would re-dye the leather and put a new sole. I picked them up 4 days later and now I have a new pair of shoes. They are friendly and professional. They are reasonably priced for their services. Highly recommend them.

Arrogant. They do great work. However, when they couldn't find my shoe they were to have repaired and I had to make another trip back to the stop with the mate so they could find it, they were arrogant about their own mistake and oddly implied that I had somehow been the one to have made them loose the shoe. If you can get over the awful parking in the middle of Beverly Hills and the attitude to go with it, your shoes will get repaired for a nice hefty price.

Best in LA. I highly recommend this place next time you have to get a pair of shoes fixed...don't let the look of the place fool you...it's small and messy...but just looking at the amount AND designer names of bags and shoes they have fixed at this place--you can fully trust them. I just had a pair of my beloved Moschino's fixed and they're as good as new...LOVE THEM!!! and it only cost me $11

Awesome!. Arturo's is the best - they'll revive any shoe you have, can hack off a bit of the heel on a pair that you think are too high, or fix worn out soles plus the usual - weather proofing, polishing, and general repair.

I've seen people bring in shoes from as high end as Prada, and you can trust these guys - they're awesome and do great work.

Very good pricing - my stiletto boots are a tad shorter in the heel, making them easier to walk in and it cost me $12.
