me sad. I go there last week and i get tan so i can wear eee how do you say? my speedo. my left leg turned orange and my bum is still white as snowflake. I go on vacation to Turks and Caicos tomorrow. i scare the locals :( me sad.

If you would like to contact Portofino tomorrow or at your convenience and provide your name, I will review the color we have on file for you and suggest other options for your respray. The only reason your color may have appeared an ash, "green" (which has never happened) would be due to having more alkaline skin. Our solutions are fresh and natural with organic ingredients and offer a variety of natural skin tone colors ranging from more golden and reddish tones to bronzy or brown tones. Everything is customized and strategically applied. Itching may occur if you are allergic to DHA or have not thoroughly cleansed the skin prior to your spray tan experience causing a reaction in combination with other oils or fragrances. As well, you may have used a fragrance in your custom spray for which you did not know you are allergic. There are a few reasons why things may happen and Portofino is always happy to review your steps to ensure this does not happen with any type of tanning process. We have researched and created a flawless tanning technique and pride ourselves in only delivering the best. yuck. I was searching for a good spray tan. I tried Portofino because a friend recommended it. Is a spray tan supposed to look green and break you out? I got a rash on my chest and couldn't stop itching.

GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!. I had a great experience doing my spray tan at Portofino. They are very professional and pleasantly. They LISTENED and ANSWERED all my questions about tanning w/ NO RUSH which I appreciated. The Salon is very pretty and CLEAN which I loved. If you appreciate great customer service I would recommend 100%.

exceded my expectations. I have a unibrow, and as we all know, unibrows aren't attractive. A few of my friends suggested I check out this place because it uses a pure honey wax thing that's supposed to be painless. Now I've been to my share of nail salons that offer brow waxing, and as lame as it sounds, that wax is painful. I can't imagine how any woman could go for a bikini wax at one of those places.

So I figured, hell, why not? I called and made and appointment, and the girl who answered was very friendly and confirmed all the details of my big day. I showed up about 5 minutes early, and was amazed at how modern and slick the place looked. there were even a few guys coming out of the spray tan area, and they looked totally natural. I walked up to the wax room, and the lady had me lay down. A few seconds later i felt the warm wax on my forehead and just like that, she was done. It took her about 2 pulls, and she was done. No pain. No red skin. I started laughing and told her that was the best wax I'd ever had, and she laughed and thanked me. Honestly the best experience I've ever had waxing in my life.

I'm definitely going back next time I need to get my uni waxed, and who knows, the tans on those dudes looked so natural, I might just go in for a spray too.

P.S. the staff was super friendly, and the hot chocolate machine they have in the back is awesome.

Most amazing tan in the world!!. Portofino has the most natural looking tan in the world. When I was in my teens, you'd find me at the beach tanning every day, consequently, being fair-skinned, I have a ton of sun damage; always burned, never tanned. A friend of mine suggested I try Portofino Sun Spa in Beverly Hills, with hesitation (after trying other tanning centers on the westside, with horrible results) I did. First I tried the tanning bed, and to my amazment, I not only didn't burn, but actually tanned! I noticed many clients were doing the spray tanning; after speaking with several of the staff (who by the way are highly trained professionals, know their products, and actually a ton of fun), I tried the spray tanning, which was amazing. They customized my color, sprayed it on perfectly and it lasted longer than anticipated; it even covered/blended those nasty brown spots I have from tanning in the sun when I was younger! If you want the perfect tan (minus the sun damage) done by a professional in a comfortable, yet upscale environment, YOU'VE GOT TO TRY THIS PLACE, IT'S AMAZING!

PORTOFINO ROCKS!!!. i have been coming for years...my tanning was great as usual and not to mention so are the girls!!! No, but seriously...they are great. I admit I wax...but have not been to a better waxer--I have been waxing for years and she is BY FARthe best! All of that stickness that usually is left on my skin was gone--some kind of honey that washed right off! But even better was that I didnt breakout after the treatment! Tried a scrub for the first time and...WOW! Going back for that for sure! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

WAXING. I can't believe I found that Brazilian Girl that does that amaizing Brazilian Waxing, it is all pure honey, unbelievable .... I loved it, for sure I'll come back...

Fabulous tanning!. I have never been this tan in my life! My tan is flawless! I feel like a new person. Loved the staff and the atmosphere. Worth every penny!
