Five star staff. Five star doctor. Five star service.. Hands down the most pleasant medical staff I have seen. For me, the doctor experience started on the phone, even before I came in. The woman I made my appointment with was professional and accommodating. When she called me a couple weeks later to remind me of my appointment she made sure to answer my questions.

The day of my appointment, parking was easy across the street in a public lot. The office is located in a well-maintained modern building. The waiting room was comfortable with plenty of current magazines and a flat screen TV. The receptionist was pleasant and made sure I had my forms and a cup of tea. She was also discreet, taking care to keep our conversation private. When I was led to my consultation room, I saw that it was immaculate and looked new.

I was there to have a rather embarrassing mole removed so I was a little uncomfortable at first. My discomfort went away thanks to Dr. Bussell's excellent bedside manner. She was discreet, professional and did everything to put me at ease. I did not feel any pain during the actual mole removal. They did a biopsy of my mole, which I think is standard.

After that, I wanted to make the most of my appointment and ask the doctor some general questions. She took her time to speak with me so I didn't feel rushed. We talked about my skin habits and she suggested easy ways to take better care of my skin at home (simple remedies like changing my pillow case more often to help with acne and what to do about my chronically dry hands).

The medical assistant who was in the room with me also deserves special recognition. One of these five stars is for her. After my appointment, I remembered that I wanted to ask about dermabraison versus laser for acne scars so I came back and she gave me a comprehensive comparison, discussing the pros and cons. I decided to make another appointment for dermabraison so I'll be back.

A dermatologist for African-Americans. Finally a dermatologist for African-Americans! I am very picky and sensitive about my dermatologist because I can scar very easily (keloid scars and dark discoloration) and in the past I have felt like doctors didn't understand that.

Dr. Bussell however has proven to me that there are ways to treat black skin that work!

I explained my concerns to her and was at first weary but she got it and I can see with the results that this dermatology office understands my skin type. I have had mole removals, peels and treatment for dark spots and my skin is looking uniform and fresh. Thank goodness!!

Dr. Bussell is a very skilled physician. Dr. Bussell is a very skilled physician. Hers is a terrific, efficient and immaculate office. Dr. Bussell has worked wonders on my skin and I am forever grateful! My adult acne is now under control as is my eczema thanks to their gentle but effective treatment plans. Dr. Bussell has an excellent bedside manner. She takes time to listen to patients and explain procedures in simple language. She is a miracle-worker and the proof is in the pudding: my skin has never looked better! My face is clear of acne, wrinkles are minimized and I look fresh and healthy. Since we've gotten the acne under control, I now go in from time to time for chemical peels or other cosmetic injections to make me look my very best (and youngest). The staff is pleasant, bubbly and efficient and the office itself is very modern, clean and stylish.

For skin care of any kind, I highly recommend Dr. Bussell and Beverly Hills Dermatology Consultants.

The Very Best!. It took me a while but I finally found the very best dermatology office in LA! I have been coming for years. With one or two exceptions, I am always seen on time. I am welcomd like a VIP (everyone knows and remembers me) although I assure you I am not famous.

Dr Bussell and her team of PAs have been helping me with adult acne and filler injections. The acne is cleared and with the fillers I look younger and feel great. I have seen other dermatologists but only after seeing Dr Bussell did I have flawless skin.

They never push products at this office and I quickly understood why. After my third or fourth visit, I bought their sunblock and just loved the way it felt! Unlike some other doctors that push and push, BHDC doesn't have to because their products REALLY WORK.

The office is immaculate and nicely decorated. There are usually flowers and cookies in the waiting room. It feels a little like a luxury hotel lobby.

I am always in a good mood and have a smile on my face when I leave this office because the staff is so friendly and pleasant. I have hopped around in the past but you can learn from my experience: search no further, I have found the BEST dermatology office in LA!

I LOVE THIS PLACE!. I ONLY go to Dr. Bussell's office and my skin has never looked better! They know how to make you feel at home. The place is lovely and the team is bubbly and nice. I have seen Dr. Bussell and the various PA's over the years. Now the PA I see is Crystal, who is just adorable, very knowledgeable and efficient.

What I really appreciate as well is how the doctor just knows what's wrong with your right away. Over the years, I have had suspicious moles, rashes and stubborn acne and at BHDC, they have always explained things thoroughly, then given me treatment that has been fast and effective. Mole removal is quick, painless and very necessary in southern California.

A little tip: I try to schedule my appointments on Mondays because I have found that I have little to no wait. Saturdays probably have the longest wait.

The location is ideal. It is in the nice part of Beverly Hills in the Wells Fargo building. There are many restaurants nearby and you are not far from Rodeo Drive. City parking is easy and just across the street.

EXCELLENT OFFICE. This office is so efficient. I can call for same day appointments. The medical staff is very knowledgeable and sweet. The doctors and physician assistants are professional and have great bed side manner.

I first came in here for acne problems, after using a specific regimen I was recommended, my face has never looked better!

Now I get my full body mole exam once a year. They are very aggressive when it comes to cancer prevention (which I need b/c I was a sun worshipper)

I know that a lot of reviews show how long the wait is. It must be different now, b/c I have waited less that 15minutes max!

Highly recommended. Very friendly office.

Great Experience. I've been a patient here for about 5 years. I suffer with chronic acne and moles. Since being a patient here my skin looks wonderful with no marks, scars or blemish. I would definately recomend this office. The nurses are very friendly and professional as well as the staff.

Wonderful Dermatology office. I have had problems with my skin (acne) for years. I had been treated at other Dermatology offices over the past few years, and I saw little or no improvement. A co-worker recommended that I make an appointment at Beverly Hills Dermatology. I am so glad that I made that telephone call. My skin is clearing up after a few months of treatments. I would highly recommend this dermatology office.

Excellent patient care!. This office is located in the heart of Beverly Hills near almost everything! It has a terrific staff that is very accomodating. There prices beat nearly all others and they really seem to care about their patients needs. Will definately return. Dr. Bussell's skin care line is also amazing

Finally a place that works!. Great staff. Knowledable providers. They were the only ones able to finally clear up my face after years of years of battling and seeing other dermatologists who never even touched my skin, only were happy to put me on antibiotics. I also had Botox which lasted months and was painless because they use a baby needle, and I didn't even get a bruise as I had expected! I'm definitely going back and recommend it to my friends and family!
