THEY EVEN SELL COTTON CANDY

by Boomer

The FIESTA DE LAS ARTES is happening this Memorial Day weekend at the Hermosa Beach pier area. It includes music in a wine and beer garden. Food booths range from the good old American hotdog to every other ethnic group. My favorite is the LACO Lifeguard FISH TACOS. The artist booths sell everthibg imaginable. Shuttle buses help get people into the area but the best way to get there is to bicycle, using the bike path along the ocean. Don't forget your sunscreen.

  • Pros: GREAT PEOPLE WATCHING, GOOD FOOD
  • Cons: PARKING
