SOOO DISAPPOINTED! Everything has been a nightmare since the beginning. I went to get an estimate for a bumper - their parking lot for customers was full - mostly of cars being repaired, so I had to park at a meter - when I got out of my car - my door got hit, so now I'm there for two estimates. I was told they would be on my side and fight my battles with insurance. I gave them a drop-off date two weeks in advance, sent 3 emails and 2 phone calls to follow up and confirm - no reply. Had to stop by in person. Dropped off car for door and bumper. They have had the car nearly 3 weeks now - they found $1K additional damage to door estimate and $3300 more for the bumper than the original estimate. They are now telling me it's another 2 weeks. For a bumper and a door? The car was in no way in a major accident and it seems obscene these repairs should take so long. There is a lack of communication and a lack of any sense of urgency. Maybe they are understaffed? Maybe they are taking in more cars than they have the capacity to repair? All I know is I'm out my car for a month. Two friends had their car fixated at Matrix just down the street - should have gone to them.

Good as new. I was devastated when I got side swiped by a texter. I found Beverly Hills Auto Body online and decided to give them a try. They had my baby looking pretty again in no time and no one can even tell she was ever hit.

Awesome Job. Took my car into Beverly Hills Auto Body after someone backed into my car and left a sizable dent on the driver's side rear panel. They did an awesome job for way less than what I would have had to pay at any other body shop. I hope I don't ever need their services again, but if I do I will definitely go back!!

Dealer New. Beverly Hills Auto Body fixed my Audi TT to be Dealer New! I recently had a green pickup truck ding the passenger door of my 01 TT. Insurance and Dealers said it would cost 650+ to have the door fixed and re-painted. The Beverly Hills Auto Body crew restored the door to factory new for a reasonable price and in under 4 hours from when I dropped it off. I HIGHLY recommend this place and their crew.

Fantastic. I cannot say enough about Beverly Hills Auto! After an accident I needed to have some work done and took my car here. They were fantastic, the price they quoted me was very reasonable especially compared to a dealers price and you really cannot get better service than at Beverly Hills Auto! I

Best auto shop around. Beverly Hills Auto is the best auto shop around. Their prices are great and they staff is so friendly! I usually feel a bit uncomfortable at auto shops but not at this one! They made me feel completely comfortable and fixed my car in no time at all, I highly recommend them!

Five Stars!. Five stars! The shop did a great job with my 8 year old car, getting ready to sell it. It looks good enough, I just might keep it for myself.

Painless Process. I had a very expensive car repair from hitting someone from behind and Beverly Hills Auto Body made the repair process as painless as it could have been. The mechanics were willing to work with me and prioritize the repairs. the final cost matched the fair estimated ( I got an estimate at another place as well) and the car was done in the time promised.

Treated Like Equals. Again, they have my business. I was recently in a car accident and did not hesitate to have my car taken to that shop/ Family oriented business that cares for their customers; you cannot get better service than this at a body shop. And, they do not try to take advantage of women. They treat them as equals.

Incredible. Service here was incredible! It really exceeded my expectations. All staff was pleasant and of course, the repair restored the car to its like-new shape.
