In Short
An unlikely mix of Asian families, film industry types and avid curiosity-seekers pack a generic dining room on the third story of an anonymous mall. Seafood tanks near the kitchen showcase the still-living spread of prawns, giant lobsters and albino crabs. Dumpling dim sum includes wonton-wrapped pork and har gow, translucent shrimp dumplings. Exotic ingredients like gelatinous braised chicken feet (a little like chicken wings), sliced octopus or any of the live seafood in the tanks make exciting noshes.
