HORRIBLE online service. We bought 3 pieces of jewelry from her online store back in December. She sent 3 incorrect pieces of jewelry. Turns out, she didn't even have the items listed on the site in stock, so she sent us something else completely. It took around THREE MONTHS of her saying she'd find the pieces before I gave up and said I just wanted a refund. So she gave me her address and I shipped them back. That was in either March or April, and it's mid-June now and I've yet to see a refund. Yep, items returned in March/April, STILL NO REFUND by mid-June. Every time I call she says she's told the webmaster to refund my money. I'm pretty sure she's dodging my calls a fair amount of the time too. Doesn't even respond to e-mail. So, lesson learned--NEVER buy from here.

Worst customer service ever! Waiting for more than 2 months for 3 bracelets!!!. The worst store I have ever dealt with in my entire life- and let me tell you, I do a lot of shopping!!!

Dealt with Jennifer herself, the owner, and she provides with worst customer service ever. Always seems to be in a rush and never, ever returns calls.

Kaufman was one of the first to carry Tarina Tarantino's line of bejeweled hair clips. And in L.A., the Me & Ro line of Eastern-inspired jewelry can only be found here and at a couple of other select stores.

Is Jennifer Kaufman worth it?. THe store is overpriced, the merchandise is messy, you can hardly find someone to help you.
