Great Results and Very Generous. The arrangements from Jacob Maarse are absolutely beautiful, so when they offered to donate corsage and boutonniere packages to a prom fundraiser, we were thrilled! We are so grateful for their generosity, and know that the arrangements will be perfect for such an important night.

A gracious donor for our fundraiser. Jacob Maarse is a gorgeous florist shop in Pasadena. They donated a lovely vase for our Silent Auction, which was sought after by many bidders.

Thank you for always helping THE MUSES of the California Science Center to meet their goals to help children to learn more about science.

We appreciated all your company does to help many charitable organizations like ours.

Terrible, terrible. I remember this place when it was known for being the best of the best flowers. It has changed! I could of just gone to a non-brand flower shop and i would of gotten better flowers!

Consistently Good Customer Service at Jacob Maarse. This is my go-to florist in the Pasadena area and has been for years. I have always experienced excellent service in person or over the phone. I highly recommend Jacob Maarse.

I have been consistently delighted by the quality and unique "something extra" touches made to the many corsages and boutonnieres I have purchased from Jacob Maarse over the years. I have appreciated their willingness always to squeeze in my last minute orders.

Besides greeting cards and decorative paper guest towels, my favorite thing to purchase last minute at Jacob Maarse is one of the always ready vases of gorgeous flower arrangements. I can't think of a nicer hostess gift (they come in a range of sizes and are well priced). I think you can pick up something sweet for as little as $15. Look for them on the tables in front of the cash registers (to the right when you walk into the store).

Absolutely the worst customer service I have encountered. Ordered by telephone as living in Spain for same day delivery or latest next day... They have finally been delivered 2 WEEKS later!!! The customer service was terrible. They couldn't have cared less and never got back to me unless to say 'Oh we don't have your bank details' which I had given twice. It was the worst customer experience I have ever had... and they said sorry once in about 6 phone calls and as many emails. STAY AWAY!!!!

Best florist ever!!!. I beg to differ with all the bad reviews!! I have been purchasing flowers from Jacob Maarse for about 17-18 years, and I have had nothing but the best service, professionalism, courteous and caring staff!!! I think that if you want a beautiful arrangement that the person you are sending it to will never forget, than this is your florist, but if you want simple, die tomorrow flowers than go elsewhere. That is the bottom line. I have dealt with one designer, and one designer only, her name is Susy MacMillan, and if she is not in or is on vacation I will wait for her return. It's pricey but you get what you pay for!! This is the only florist I would recommend!!
