um, HOLIDAY SEASON FOLKS, you gotta stay open past 6pm!. Hours posted here are incorrect. At 6:10 after 15 rings a recording picks up (which means the staffer hearing the phone ring took that long to switch it on) and you don't hear the hours and "this is not an answering machine" info until the end of a long winded greeting. Waste of 5 minutes. Trying to support local business-but Amazon just has these folks beat hands down. Gotta quit whinin' small biz owners and step it up. 6pm closure going into holiday season? Superstores are open until 9!…
Super friendly service; troubleshooting help.
The guy who answered the phone was super nice (I am assuming it was NOT the manager based on the other reviews) and tried helping me find a solution to my costume problem (my toddler HAD to be ____,
no one carries it, etc.).
I would totally return to this place.…
Horrible return experience. I bought an item online and had it shipped to me. The item was junky so I returned it. You have to follow their return instructions to the letter. KEEP COPIES OF EVERYTHING! I had to provide them everything twice. I returned the item via UPS. It was received by them, but then when I questioned where my credit was, they made me prove it was signed for by their company. Then after 3 more emails and phone calls, I was finally told that my credit would be processed. After waiting another 3 weeks, the credit never showed up on my card so then I have to fax them a copy of my credit card to prove that I didn't receive a credit. 2 days after my fax I finally got my money back. Just a very shady company to deal with and I will never use them again.…
Horrible! Worst Manager!.
I called twice.
The manager hung up on me twice!
He wouldn't answer my questions, and when I asked him a question he would not tell me the answer.
I asked to speak to his manager, and it turns out he is the manager- unbelieveable!
Then he called me rude for asking to speak to his manager and hung up on me, again!
I can't believe this organization cares so little for customer service, that they would allow him to keep his job.
Many more people would come here, if they weren't so insulted from the get go.…
