Tips for The Flight Theater at the Complex

GREAT Theatre!. This theatre is AWESOME! If we hadn't already booked one of their downstairs theatres I would have liked to do a show in the Flight theatre. The staff at the Complex were amazing, the price that we paid for our theatre was at least HALF of what any of the other theatres quoted us, and they even helped us find some designers we were desparately needing. I don't know when crazykitty was there, but it appears that the ceilings have been raised in the past 7 years. I would recommend this theatre to anyone looking to do an under 99 seat show.

Competitive Awesome back in Los Angeles!!!. I just heard that Competitive Awesome will be at The Complex on November 28, 2005 @ 8pm, for one show only! I am so excited to see this Duo again. I saw them in August at I.O. West and they blew me away. They are really, really funny. I can't wait to go to the Complex now! Thank you Complex for housing one of the best Comedy Duo's in the country.

Awful Space. I have seen several shows here, some of them good, most of them terrible. It is impossible to do good theatre in a run-down, tiny room where acting classes make so much noise that the audience is distracted, lights move, and off-night shows damage the set. This place is poorly managed, and has an air of negativity that stifles creativity. And the low ceilings make it impossible to do a good lighting design.
