Expensive, lame, aggressive place. I went to Kar Nak because a couple of my friends invited me to check to this out. What a mistake? First of all, you MUST pay over $40 to purchase a fruit tray (has few grapes and oranges). Then they sell you a totally overpriced drinks (beer at $12 and a small bottle of whiskey at $60). The waiters are aggressive too. The only thing I liked was probably their ancient Egyptian themed interior design, but this is not a museum.

expensive and aggressive (the waiters, that is). I came here for my friend's birthday, and we got our own private room. This club also institute the aggressive "booking" system that is pretty popular in Koreatown clubs, where waiters drag girls to a table of guys so they can drink/talk together. Well, considering that I was their with a group of friends (both guys and girls) in our own room, I thought the waiters would lay off a bit, but lo and behold- they got to me and my friend as we were making a seemingly harmless trip to the bathroom. It wasn't a fun experience, but what could we expect? It's K-town. Otherwise, it was a fun night, but I have to say- only come here if you're willing to shell out the big bucks.
