50,000 buyers and sellers CAN'T BE WRONG!. I have been going to Mr. Jackels for over forty years in Beverly Hills and he has been absolutely the nicest and most honest jeweler I have ever know! I have recommended all my friends to him as well and they all adore him too! He is smiling, truthful, helpful and knowledgeable in fine jewelry and diamonds. I would suggest you stop by or call him as I believe there is no one better buy or sell your jewelry to.

Dishonest. I went to the Jackels to have my diamonds, jewelry, and watches appraised and possibly sell. Thomas was friendly at first but he complained that my jewelry stones were too small. He didn't tell me how much each item was worth but just gave me an approximate range for everything. I went elsewhere, found out the value of each item, and got offered twice his amount! Thomas was dishonest and tried to trick me by telling me my items weren't much worth. I'm so glad that I did my homework and tried different buyers. Otherwise I would've been tricked by the Jackels. If you're looking for a place to sell your jewelry, don't go to this place because he will trick you.
