Misleading! Drove two hours to see a car that I was told was available. After going for a test drive, deciding to purchase the car, the salesperson shaking my hand and congratulating me, I was told they could not sell me the car. They claim to be “all about the customer”…what a joke that turned out to be. After my experience and reading the other reviews on the Internet, I’m surprised Lexus allows such actions and customer dissatisfaction from one of their dealers. Do yourself a favor and go to another Lexus dealer… NOT Jim Falk Lexus of Beverly Hills!

First let me say that I have never had a good experience at a car dealership regardless of carmaker. But I just picked up my new IS250 from Jim Falk Lexus in Beverly Hills and couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience.
Morgan Osegueda (internet sales) was courteous and professional, answering all of my questions with great patience. I am not one who deals well with typical sales tactics so I appreciated his straightforward manner. And I found his low-key demeanor helpful in getting me through the whole process as car leasing/buying is usually very stressful for me. I was also impressed with (finance manager) Bianca White. She explained everything quickly, but thoroughly, making it a painless process as well. I kept waiting for the ‘other shoe to drop’ but it never did. No high pressured sales pitches here. I highly recommend this dealership and look forward to visiting their service dept. too.

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of leasing an HS 250h from Jim Falk Lexus. I called around and tele-shopped prices throughout all of LA. Everyone is hungry to sell a car right now and I'm confident that I got a great price.... over the phone. Then the moment of truth: will Jordan and Safi (a great manager and a man of his word) beat the lowest price in all of L.A.? By now you've guessed that they did, but
the no hassle, no haggle manner in which they did it was very impressive. I can't promise your experience will be the same however, I am confident, after dealing with every Lexus dealership in LA ex-Keyes (Ilya, what happened buddy?) that there is a huge disparity in the Relative BS Factor (RBSF) between Jim Falk Lexus (specifically: Jordan, Safi and Kathryn) and the other dealerships. Kathryn in finance was great as well. She has a straight forward pitch that I appreciate. Best of many experiences I've had at a car dealership and frankly, I was expecting a nightmare because you really piss peopleoff when you shop around over the phone (a livid manager at Santa Monica Lexus made this clear, like I shouldn't care about getting a good deal). Also of note: Wally at SM Lexus was great to deal with as well but I didn't want to buy from a manager that's gonna yell at a customer, on principal.
Also, Jordan knows a lot about the navigation system and has helped me out many times since we bought. Instead of being annoyed he seems to enjoy helping.
Best Price and service. I was looking for a Lexus suv and found the best price at JFL. Sent them an offer and Morgan Osegueda reply within minutes. He was able to get the price that I was looking for.I bought the car the next day. Had a great experience. Finance Manager was great and helpful. His name was Orod. For anyone who is looking for a Lexus new or CPO, I strongly recommend JFL. You wont' regret it and make sure ask for Morgan. He is the man. He doesn't just care fo r the sale, but for the customer. He does many follow up calls to make sure everything is fine. Thanks JFL.
Blaine Gray excellent salesman.
I wanted a SPECIFIC LX with everything in it and Blaine Gray found it for me - then kept up updated on the delivery date and was HONEST about everything from the very first moment we spoke. True professionalism and terrific to work with. My own dealership where I live (Las Vegas) would not even LOOK elsewhere for the TOP OF THE LINE, FLAGSHIP vehicle (I was told that the LX 570 is their flagship vehicle) - I was given the info on 2 vehicles they had and that was basically it. So, their loss!!
Anyway, in dealing with Blaine Gray my sales person and Kathryn Marenzi who phoned me to go over some of the finance details, as well as Bianca White who sat down and spent about 15-20 mins with us regarding the lease - financing with us, I would NOT hesitate to recommend Jim Falk Lexus as well as our salesman Blaine Gray (who is a very nice person and very personable as well as honest and reminds me of Howie Mandel - certainly not a bad thing) to anyone and everyone. We plan on returning in 3 years for our next Lexus at that time. Thanks to a terrific team of individuals all working together in a cohesive group to make our Lexus lease (first one at that) a very positive experience.
Also, thanks Blaine for taking WELL OVER AN HOUR in explaining all of the additional options in the LX to us AND for anticipating that we could be in earlier that expected from Las Vegas and for being immediately available for us even though we were over an hour early!!

I had the best car buying experience at Jim Falk Lexus. I drove an hour from Riverside for a test drive and drove out with a beautiful hybrid! Jake Weber, our sales consultant, was great to deal with and the finance manager, Orod Makou, was friendly and made it easy to finalize the paperwork
I found the car I on their website and there was no pressure from any of the team; it was worth the drive. I would definitely buy my next Lexus from Jim Falk Lexus with Jake!

This is my first purchase from Jim Falk Lexus and they have me as a customer for life! From sales to service and everything in between I cannot find one bad thing to say.
Andrew and Blaine helped me with the sale and features of my new IS250 and very serious call outs to Orod in Finance who actually made the "serious" part fun, Eric Parker in service who has been extraordinarily helpful with service appointments and will even take my calls to answer small questions about features of my car, and Dave Newman who absolutely will not let me leave unless I am totally satisfied with the service that I received.
These people really do go out of their way to satisfy their customers.
A Customer For 12 Years.
I've been a customer of Jim Falk Lexus since 1997 and recently picked up my 5th leased vehicle from the showroom.
Michelle and Orod took exceptional care of me - refusing to have me be anything but totally satisfied.
That care included, Michelle specially ordering an IS 350 (from Japan) that had only the features I wanted and Orod completely redoing the lease contract when he found a way to save me a few more bucks a month.
If you're in the LA area and looking for a Lexus. This is the place to go.
Excellent service from start to finish. My experience with Jim Falk Lexus was very good. I already owned an RX300, and was looking to upgrade to a newer RX350. I visited another dealership and was not impressed with the high pressure sales tactics and overall experience. When I arrived at Jim Falk Lexus, Brent Turner in Sales was very helpful and made the process of buying a car very easy. He did not pressure me to buy anything I wasn't interested in and was willing to work with me on small requests to make the car just right. Overall, I highly recommend this dealership and will buy from them again in the future.
