Great Deals - Check These Guys Out ! – Just bought a used Lexus RX 400h and the experience was awesome. Never would have thought to check out a Beverly Hills dealership, but while shopping on-line, I found that their pricing and car selection was significantly better than others I checked out. I worked with Gary Hall and Morgan Osegueda of their Internet Sales group. Received an immediate response regarding a car I was interested in and purchased the following day. Morgan was very professional and thorough in explaining all the car options, and also offered follow-up assistance. Orod their Finance Manager was a great guy as well. Happy I made the trip over there.
I BOUGHT A NEW CAR TODAY – I decided at noon today that I was going to replace my 2002 IS 300 with a new IS 250. By 4 PM, I was in the exact car I wanted. Michelle Liddi provided me with no hassle, pleasant and completely competent sales service. She is lovely and personable and completely professional. When I went to finance to complete the sale, I received exactly the same kind of service from Orod Makou. It was a completely wonderful experience. I would recommend this dealer and these individuals to anyone wanted to buy a new Lexus.
Highly Recommend – I just bought my GS350 here and had a great car buying experience. Stuart Hicks and Orod Makou were fantastic every step of the way. They made sure to address all my questions and any concerns - since being a first time car buyer can be a daunting experience. And generally speaking, I would highly recommend this Lexus dealership over theothers due to their excellent service, easy location and large selection of new and CPO cars - not to mention their delicious cappucino machine. :)

I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE AT JIM FALK LEXUS....THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR ME...THE SALES ASSOCIATE BY THE NAME OF STANLEY WAS VERY HELPFUL AND MADE SURE I KNEW HOW TO USE EVERYTHING IN MY CAR..WE SET A DEAL AND HE STUCK BY IT...AS FOR THE FINANCE MANAGER OROD HE CALLED ME THE NEXT DAY AND OFFERED ME AN EVEN BETTER RATE THEN MY OWN BANK..NOW THAT REALLY CAUGHT ME BY SURPRISE...THE FACT THAT HE EVEN TRIED MADE THAT MUCH MORE OF A DIFFERENCE..I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS..AND BY THE WAY THE LOUNGE/WAITING AREA IS AWESOME...
Love my Lexus!! – I had a great experience today! Walked in to "look" at the new RX 350 and left with a brand new RX 350!! My BMW was still on lease until July, but i got a great deal to get out of it and get into the new Lexus. The dynamic duo of Stu and Stan was awesome. They tagged teamed and was able to make us feel comfortable, get us a great offer and seal the deal. Orod in Finance was quick with the paperwork and got me through swiftly and out the door. I love my new car and it's the one i've been wanting so it was very exciting that a "check out the new car" turned into "i got a new car!"
Stress free car buying – We recently leased our second IS-250 from Jim Falk Lexus. We first dealt directly with the manager, he gave us a really great deal (the first deal was good 2 years ago, this one was even better). Even my husband could not believe that I gor such a great deal! Not very pushy, but they made it work, they even included something with the car that was supposed to be extra charge. Haggle free experience. All staff extremely friendly with attention to detail. First time we were helped by Jin Cho and Katherine (finance). The second time MIchelle took care of us, she was great and professinal. And Bianca did our finance papers, also great and efficient. Some people tried to talk me against this dealership, but I was proven otherwise. I highly recomment it.
I just had hand surgery what we do you do now?--Buy a Lexus – Pulling out of UCLA after my minor procedure my wife wanted to stop at a Lexus dealer in Sherman Oaks on the way home. I suggested we go to the Lexus Dealer in Beverly Hills since we were so close. "Beverly Hills--Are you crazy they will be expensive and too exclusive for us," was her response. That comment did remind me of an old Jack Benny TV show from the 1950's where he said, "Beverly Hills is so exclusive even the Police Department has an unlisted telephone number." But, we agreed to drive to Jim Falk Lexus.
Well, our thoughts of exclusive went out the door when we met Stuart Hicks, a Sales and Leasing Consultant. He greeted my wife and started a dialogue trying to capture her needs and wants. We were looking for a RX400h. Stuart left for a moment and returned very soon with a document showing three such cars coming available that afternoon. He gave us the particulars on each, and really walked us thru the advantages of the Lexus over the other candidate we were thinking about, the ultimate driving machine’s SUV’s. His explanation of the certified process made good sense. Both my wife and I have been in sales for decades and we impressed that Stuart only spoke in positive terms about his product, while not putting down his competition.
When we said we were interested in one particular 2007 RX400h, he made a call to his prep people to see how soon before the car could be delivered to the Wilshire location. Stuart took our cell phone number and suggested we go have lunch. Within 90 minutes of our departure, Stuart called to report he went and personally picked up the car for us, and it was back at the showroom. My wife and I finished our lunch and returned to the dealership.
Stuart met us with that great smile and his southern charm and took us to out see the car. As we exited into the parking lot, we saw a black SUV that we both walked right by thinking it was a new 2010. Stuart said where are you going-- this is it. We were both in shock. The exterior paint was in perfect condition, the black leather interior was also pristine, and looked like it had never been sat on. It was love at first sight.
After a short test drive, we decided this was the car for us. Keep in mind it was now three hours after my surgery, the numbing agents were wearing off. I was not in terrible pain, but couple it with the fact that negotiating to buy a car is a pain to begin with, and you can see our situation. Well, I can say that Stuart and his management staff were extremely easy to deal with. They over allowed on our trade, made some adjustments to the price of the RX, offered us very attractive financing and an extended amount of months to pay, and that made it possible to close the deal.
We then were introduced to Orod Makou, the Finance Manager. Again, he was extremely professional as he walked us through extended warranties, other options, and the piles of documents we had to sign. When we declined something, he went onto the next. There was no pressure to purchase anything, something that happened when we purchased a car from another dealer in 2004. We left with a full tank of gas, a very extensive walk through of the vehicle’s bells and whistles by Stuart, and the feeling that we made the right decision. Even though the dealership is 25+ miles from home, we plan to return there for periodic service and to visit with the great staff.
NO BETTER CAR/NO BETTER PLACE TO BUY ONE – This will be the fourth car I leased from Jim Falk and not only do I love Lexus' but if their sales staff, finance dept. facilators, service dept. employees are truly the best of the best.
I have always been treated with the utmost respect from everyone in this dealership and it really makes me love my cars even more.
I have had the GS, IS and now the HS and you would think I had the LS because usually the more you spend the more important they make you feel. Not at JF because I have always been made to feel special.
My past experience the other day with Stuart Hicks as my sales person and Bianca White in the finance dept went without a hitch as I sat peacefully sipping my cappuccinno, surfing the internet and enjoying the positive energy all around me.
Both Stuart and Biana are professional, know the value of one's time, personable, give you space to breathe and love what they do.
