Obviously, they have been through this road before. When we first went in, Josie was extremely helpful and positive. we left thinking, "what a great place!" . What a mistake. When we went back to get my ladies measured and put our deposit down on the dresses, they convinced my friend that her rear was sizeable enough to warrent a size 10 dress. Needless to say we followed their advice, I mean they are the experts right???? WRONG. The dress does not even stay up! It's horrible. After looking on Citysearch (too late) we decided not to go back to Bridal Imgaes. She took it to a professional seamstress, and they said the dress could not be tailored that much! When we went back to Bridal Images with the dilema they were complete JERKS! No sympathy, no trying to help us, they were incredibly rude and offensive. The speech they delivered to us was obviously rehearsed, because she had it down to a T. I hate this place. I wouldn't even set foot in there again. Avoid it at all costs. I went to Lezu to get my dress, and they are wonderful and awesome! Such a difference!
Pros: A selection you could find at any high end bridal store.
Cons: Horrible service, indifferent attitude, not a good value.

STAY AWAY! They will measure you 3-4 sizes too big and then try to get more money from you because you will definitely need alterations! I wish I had read the reviews before I even stepped foot in their door! Their organizational skills also leave something to be desired, didn't even bother to call when the dress came in. Instead, I had to call to check and then they were too disorganized to even realize that the dress had been sitting there for over 3 weeks! Unacceptable! Overall it was a nasty experience. You would be wise to look elsewhere for your bridal needs.
Pros: Can't think of any.... Most bridal shops have this kind of selection
Cons: EVERYTHING!!!
