In Short – Rosti brings light, healthy Italian fast food to the masses with success. The decor of these family-friendly spots is Italian bistro as imagined by a Californian interior designer; light wood tables and colorful posters on the walls create a bright, welcoming feel. The menu boasts plentiful pasta choices such as goat cheese capellini marinara, gnocchi with meat sauce and bow-tie pasta with smoked salmon. Meat choices include house-specialty grilled chicken and Tuscan-style sirloin steak. A small offering of thin-crust pizzas features classic Margherita.

A Pretty Good Reliable and Low Key Spot on S. Beverly

Good roasted fare (hence the name). Roasted chicken very yummy. All in all a pretty good place for an easy, tasty meal.

I love going to Rosti. Lunch gets really busy sometimes and you have to wait, but it's an excellent choice for a really tasty dinner if you live in the area. MUSTS: Start with the caesar salad ... has toasted pine nuts and homemade dressing that is out-of-this-world good. They make their croutons there! Another must: The bruschetta. Their checca is so fresh and wonderful. For lunches there I love to get the Mateo Panini with roasted potatoes on the side and if you ask for the chicken Blackened, it's a real treat! I've had almost everything on the menu and it's always delicious, and be sure to check out the specials board, because their specials are awesome.
- Pros: Perfect for a casual dining experience with great food
- Cons: Not open very late, parking is hard to find sometimes
