Outdated, dirty and disgusting hotel. If you're going to spend $200+ a night on a room, don't bother with this dirty hotel. I've stayed here twice, and both times had to clean my own room of the leftover food and drink marks on the counters. Also, bar area is gross. How can mgmt not look at their furniture and say "Man, we need to clean this place up!".

Pet-Friendly. The real draw to Westins is that they're pet-friendly. We stayed here for 2 nights last year while we were having work done on our home, and they had really great rates, even at the last-minute. The rooms are very spacious, and the staff / hotel is very dog-friendly. They even gave my dogs their own heavenly dog beds, mats and bowls. But as the last review said, there's really nothing much around the hotel. It's about 2 miles to the airport, and you'd actually have to go at least 3 miles to Culver City, Venice, El Segundo, Manhattan Beach, Santa Monica or Marina del Rey to actually find decent places to eat or shop. But for the rates they charge, I can't really complain.

Poor location but otherwise awesome. I love all Westins and this is no different. But the location offers nothing but being close to the airport. You need to drive all over Los Angeles to get to shopping, cool restaurants, night life, etc. If only they could move this hotel...

Great LAX Hotel. This is probably one of the best hotels near LAX, I highly

recommend it for business or pleasure. The lobby features

high ceilings, sleek and modern decor, beautiful bar,

great service and the rooms are oversized with modern

amenities.

Starbucks on the ground floor. The staff was wonderful, the rooms spacious and relaxing. To top off the experience, there is a Starbucks on the ground floor.
