Acting as a home away from home for the rich and famous, including royalty, CEOs and visiting A-listers, the hotel also features 16 detached garden villa suites, each with its own private entrance. Onsite restaurant The Belvedere is as famous for its…

never stayed in the hotel but I enjoyed many times the bar and restaurant which are great, unlike most hotels in Beverly hills Peninsula Beverly Hills offering the best service I have ever experienced
good...but not the best choice
by PaulJR1970
Although my stay here was pleasant, because my friends & I had a blast together, I was a little disappointed with the hotel overall.
The service was nice, but I feel as though it wasn’t 5 star status.
The gym had a certain smell to it. The food from room service came cold. The cleaning people wouldn’t come til days end to clean our room.
Overall, I don’t think I’ll be back.
Underwhelming

Big dissapointment for a hotel with it's 5 star namesake in Asia. For what they charge for the rooms the level of services definitely is underwhelming and does not commiserate with anything close to what they offer in Asia especially Hong Kong...

for the price, this place really didnt pass. my room was great, but other than that, the staff was rude, unwilling to help me for the most part. I did find one employee who was more than awesome, i just wish the other staff would learn a thing or two from him.
Great service

I stayed here for three nights and I found my suite very clean and the bathrooms were HUGE! The room service ice cream was delicious, while most of the other meals were not the greatest. Checking in was a breeze with good customer service. Overall a good experience, but stay at the Four Seasons first if it's not booked.
