Okay. This review is for the Panda Inn Restaurant, not Panda Express, and I think this is the right address...I came out to SoCal again to visit friends again and we hung out at Universal Citywalk again. We ate a late lunch at Panda Inn. The place was pretty slow so I just walked in and met my friends at a table. They ordered some dumplings but I didn't partake. I ordered the orange chicken and steamed rice. Both were good (better than the orange chicken I get at Panda Express) but I didn't care much for the orange beef. One of my friend's orders got messed up but they apologized and brought out the right order. At least three different waitresses checked up on us during our lunch and it was nice to hang out and talk.

Overall, the experience wasn't exceptional and it wasn't terrible...average is good with me.

Fast and casual Chinese dining for the value-minded.. In Short
With hundreds of locations nationwide, this is America's largest fast-food chain serving Chinese cuisine. Customers looking for a quick, cheap lunch or dinner line up for traditional wok dishes including kung pao chicken, beef with broccoli and chow mein or the Panda Express original orange-flavored chicken. Meals can be had to go or in the restaurants' cafeteria-style table settings, and even delivered en masse to offices and parties with catering packages.

Panda is yum. Panda express has some good orange chicken...The mandarin isn't bad in its own right... My only gripe is that for 6 dollars they can give you a little more in the portion department. At o.k chinese food for 4 dollars you can get a combo that could feed an army! But panda still tastes great. And without msg...and all those other preservatives that chinese restaurants put in there food! Ill give panda 2 paws up!
