Get your sushi grind on!. Really fun place to get your sushi grind on. They have midweek specials like 1/2 off an appetizer, or buy 1 beer get 1 sake free. Every body is having a good time, and big screens have a couple different games on.

Most people sit at tables, and not the sushi bar, which is a bit different than other sushi places, where the bar is prime real estate.

Downside : sometimes the music is a bit loud for conversation.

Overall a good vibe. Family friendly.

Love It!!!. My friends and I went to Fusion Sushi to meet for my best friends birthday. We had the best time! Great food, awesome music, and excellent service. Our server was amazing, and it's hard to impress me as a former server. The sushi was phenomenal and my brother was happy because they have a full kitchen; he doesn't eat fish. They definitely have something for everyone. I can't wait for the next reason for a celebration. I may just have to pretend it's my birthday just so we have an excuse, not that we need one. But you do get a free desert if it's your birthday!

AWFUL--WORST SUSHI EVER--FELT SICK AFTERWARD. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. My friend and I went here craving sushi and were grossed out by the sushi we got here. Our sushi rolls were almost warm and I am surprised that we did not get sick here. We couldn't finish anything for fear of getting sick and I will always remember the feeling of that large, thick warm piece of fish sliding down my throat.....WILL NEVER GO AGAIN

Great Prices, Good Sushi, Fabulous atmosphere!. Fusion in Manhattan is great! The specialty rolls are fantastic. The sushi is fresh, but not A+ quality.

It is convenient, inexpensive and a great date place. The Sake is also very good. I highly recommend this place. If you happen to be a sushi snob, then I highly recommend Musashi in Porter Ranch where the prices are high, but extremely worth the drive and the money. Taki is the BEST sushi chef! ARIGATO

half priced sushi. i always find this place funny because they have half priced sushi all the time. well, if it's half price all the time, wouldn't that be full price? odd, i thought. nonetheless, my friends and i will keep coming back regardless of the price because the food is fair and the people are nice. fyi: there is a mouth wash dispenser in the restroom to remove that fishy smell from the seaweed, left in your mouth.

Great sushi at even better prices. I guess I'm not a food snob, because I absolutely love this find in Manhattan Beach. (I like the one on Hermosa as well, but I think the atmosphere in MB is better.) A lot of their rolls are 50% off, which resulted in a very reasonably priced sushi dinner. I had dinner with a friend, including a bottle of hot sake, for about $24 (before tip). I think their sushi is fresh-tasting and yummy.

OK if you don't know any better. This is not a place for someone who knows sushi. There are some creative items but what is the point if the quality is below average. Not only does the place lack atmosphere and the decor is tacky but also it is loud and the service is slow. You can find better sushi at Whole Foods.

great value. I have been here twice and both times have been superb! They do a 50% off of their traditional rolls and nigiri which results in standard rolls being aroung $2-3. Their special rolls run about $5-9 which is well below other restaurants in the area. While the sushi bar is not the most appealing of decors (you can look right back into the kitchen), the quality of the food and value more than make up for it. I highly recommend the lobster rolls!

No way... No way will I ever go back. Too much attitude. My friends have been talking about this place so I went. Ummm....service was a bit too slow. Their sushi is creative, but I cannot recommend as far as the quality goes. They make sushi, but it's not the high quality traditional sushi.
