horrible staff, rude. I bought some massages from this place via living social. I have never been treated so badly by a company in my life. The staff was rude and refused to honor the certificates from living social. If you are going to do a deal with living social, or anyone else you should honor it and not tell the person who bought the certificates that they can't use them. Ridiculous. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Seriously, I'm very suspicious of these guys. My insurance covers chiropractic visits and my husband has been coming here semi-frequently since June. Since then I've seen a flood of insurance claims come through for x-rays, ultrasounds, nerve tests, etc. Seriously - thousands and thousands of dollars worth of tests. And all to different providers. I've seen the same claim come through three times from three different company names. How dodgy is that?
My husband is not sick - he just has a sore lower back. I don't know WHAT they're doing to him but I'm really hesitant to trust the integrity of someone who recommends expensive tests just for the sake of bleeding their insurance coverage dry. I highly doubt they'd be recommending these tests if it wasn't covered by our insurance. Whose wellness are they actually looking out for? His, or theirs?

I personally love massage at this office. These guys help many of my patients and myself or the many years in LA.

Felt comfortable with the office right away. I was referred to Dr Jochen from a friend. I came in with significant pain due to my neck being in spasm. I was apprehensive to see a chiropractor but felt immediately comfortable in his presence. I've seen him and his associate Dr Lee, eight times now and each time I have had consistent good results. The road to wellness takes patience but they have helped me tremendously. I have my neck back! The staff is great; they will always fit you in last minute and they offer acupuncture and massage. Oh yeah and buy the stress roller. It works!!! I bought one for my myself and two for girlfriends as gifts. They both love it! Thank you Dr Jochen and Dr Lee for getting my body back on track. I'm very grateful!!

Relaxing adjustment. Dr Jochen is the top adjustment chiropractor I know, I felt better right away.

Amazing Doctors. The Doctors at Jochen Wellness Center are amazing. The office has a friendly atmosphere and the professional staff is always accommodating.

AMAZING. I was referred to Dr. Jochen through a co-worker..To make a long story short I have been to a few chiro's in my day and no one has compared to Jochen's innovative techniques,office staff, & superior customer service which is lacking in today's society....I have recommended him to all my family and friends.. I guarantee if you are in pain just visit Jochen one time and you will be amazed!:)

Great Chiropractor!!. A few days ago I was "dying" from lower back pain, that I had been experiencing for over three weeks, before I ran into Dr. Jochen at Century Plaza Towers. Dr. Jochen immediately scheduled me to see him the following day and after one adjustment I started to feel better. After seeing him three times, my lower back pain has subsided to the point that I can walk freely without looking like the The Hunchback of Notre-Dame. His staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I am recommending Dr. Jochen & Dr. Kramer to anyone who will listen to me because I am now a true believer that you can live pain free if you see the right people. Thank you Dr. Jochen & Dr. Kramer!!!

THE BEST CHIROPRACTOR EVER!!!. I love coming to Dr Jochens office, his staff are always so friendly and helpful especially Tina and Abril....the massage therapists are also great, I just love Jen Weber and her techniques. I can never go wrong when I come to see Jochen Chiropractic. I can't wait to see them again.....:)

Great place to get back pain relief!. Dr Jochen is by far the very best Chiropractor I've ever been to. After years of searching for back pain relief....I finally found my answer at Jochen Chiropractic! Dr Jochen is professional, thorough, and the best at his job. I would recommend him to anyone seeking pain relief!!
