horrible staff, rude

I bought some massages from this place via living social. I have never been treated so badly by a company in my life. The staff was rude and refused to honor the certificates from living social. If you are going to do a deal with living social, or anyone else you should honor it and not tell the person who bought the certificates that they can't use them. Ridiculous. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Quackery

Quacks.

Seriously, I'm very suspicious of these guys. My insurance covers chiropractic visits and my husband has been coming here semi-frequently since June. Since then I've seen a flood of insurance claims come through for x-rays, ultrasounds, nerve tests, etc. Seriously - thousands and thousands of dollars worth of tests. And all to different providers. I've seen the same claim come through three times from three different company names. How dodgy is that?

My husband is not sick - he just has a sore lower back. I don't know WHAT they're doing to him but I'm really hesitant to trust the integrity of someone who recommends expensive tests just for the sake of bleeding their insurance coverage dry. I highly doubt they'd be recommending these tests if it wasn't covered by our insurance. Whose wellness are they actually looking out for? His, or theirs?

Felt comfortable with the office right away

I was referred to Dr Jochen from a friend. I came in with significant pain due to my neck being in spasm. I was apprehensive to see a chiropractor but felt immediately comfortable in his presence. I've seen him and his associate Dr Lee, eight times now and each time I have had consistent good results. The road to wellness takes patience but they have helped me tremendously. I have my neck back! The staff is great; they will always fit you in last minute and they offer acupuncture and massage. Oh yeah and buy the stress roller. It works!!! I bought one for my myself and two for girlfriends as gifts. They both love it! Thank you Dr Jochen and Dr Lee for getting my body back on track. I'm very grateful!!

Amazing Doctors

The Doctors at Jochen Wellness Center are amazing. The office has a friendly atmosphere and the professional staff is always accommodating.
