In Short – The black-columned, striped-awning storefront with its tiny hedge out front conveys an old world elegance rarely seen in Los Angeles. Inside, blonde wood shelves are lined with a small range of shoes for dancing and beach wear and striking handbags--from roomy woven rattan metallic bags cinched with narrow belts to photo-printed clutches and shoulder bags adorned with images of adorable critters. There are also witty embroidered bags emblazoned with 1950s tourist graphics from Miami and Mexico. –
