Hello, I am Kal the owner of madison car wash. I am proud to say that we have been under the same management company for over 10 years, and have thpusands upon thousands of happy satisfiesd customers. Unfortunately, we realize it is almost impossible to make everybody happy, although we try to. We are sensitive to the neighbors and the community in which our business operates. We have posted signs throughout the car wash for all customers to keep the noise low, including all radios when they are washing and cleaning their car. We aim to please and serve everybody. However I must say the report about an undercover operation by CBS channel 2 news is completly fabricated. I guess this customer/neighbor is really unhappy, and will go great lengths to discredit us Including false accusations. We understand his frustration, as I mentioned not everybody is happy all the time. This individual has not come forward and to identify himself so that we may help and address his concerns. However our door is always open. We act upon the guidlines the county has established for operating a business like ours. We strive to go above and beyond all our customers needs. We will continue to work on better washes, and better solutions that work for all concerned. We are sorry if in this pursuit we have offeneded anyboody for this is not our intent. As I said we have thousands of loyal, faithful, customers, and do everything to keep their business and to provide a rewarding car wash and an enjoyable time while their car is cleaned. The CBS 2 news investigation is errounous and we are contacting city search to remove this information. As anybodys right to voice their displeasure in anything in this world, this is not necessary to provide erractic or false information. I am sure after a full investigation City Search will remove this information here and we will continue to try and go above and beyond your ecpectations for a safe clean rewarding, car wash. Kal

I have been going to Madison for a couple of years - usually do an $8 - $10 car wash and have never had a problem with the quality of the wash. The staff is friendly, and they actually wipe down your car afterward (without leaving towel strings).
